Only Lasted About 1 Month

The first one I bought lasted about 1 month before it would not turn on. I contacted Keurig and was sent a new machine. The second machine lasted about 2 months before it would not turn on. I would not recommend this Keurig. I think I have purchased my last Keurig. I need my coffee and a dependable maker to provide that coffee.

Despite our best efforts all we get is water

We’ve tried de-scaling and cleaning this many times, we’ve owned several other Keurig models and this is by far the worst. It also sprays coffee all over the counter (when it did actually brew) even with a tall cup. Three months old and it’s going back.

Big improvement over inital k-cup machines.....

There are multiple streams when brewing...much better flavor from the same k-cup you'd get with a single stream machine. You'd have to be an owner of an original k-cup machine to appreciate the improvements.....well worth upgrading to this machine (plus, what's the risk? If you don't like it, it can be returned...).Try it you'll like it!

BAD

Designed to fail.I have had 2 so far. First one worked ok until it was time to descale, then it stopped working entirely. the second on I did not descale and the same thing happened, it jost stopped working, would not turn on. I will not be getting another Keurig.

horrible horrible!

Machine is absolutely horrible. Purchased in November, worked well for about a month. Started dripping excess water and coffee grinds into a brewing cup of coffee. This is resolved when you apply pressure to the top to keep the water pressure enclosed better. But who wants to stand and holier the entire time it's is brewing? Defeats the purpose of a hands free easy brewer. Then, all of a sudden 2 months in, it starts telling me it needs water even though tank is full. 1 week later it completely dies. Returned and exchanged to sams club... new machine, hopeful that it was a one off. Nope, one week in, the machine is already leaking water again. Will be returning for a refund and have to figure out a new machine. Just a waste of time and a hassle. Do not buy!

Disappointing

I bought this keurig at Sam's nearly 2 years ago. It worked great for around 7 months, then just no power. I had registered it so Keurig replaced it. The replacement also lasted about 7 months then no power just dead. This time Keurig is not replacing it but will not answer my emails sooo????? Just don't by this model.

Never brewed a cup

Had to return. A little water started to pump then power quit. After talking to Keurig on the phone, trouble shooter determined the problem was a power failure in the machine. They said I could either return or replace it. Now my dilemma is, I still really want one but I’m skeptical. Do lots of other users really love it and recommend it?

do not recommend this Keurig

This was purchased to replace a keurig I had nearly 10 years. First, this does not use the standard k-cups, so I had to purchase different ones, when using ground coffee. Within a year, the pull down bar snapped and the Keurig just shut down mid cup and I was never able to power on again. I reached out to keurig with no response. Very very disappointing and poorly made.

Not Good!

My Keurig stopped working and I liked the design of this one. It actually takes up more space on my counter. It's taller and longer than the one I previously owned. They way it punches the k-cup always spills coffee grounds into your cup. We have to put the k-cup in, close it, rinse out the coffee grounds and then make your coffee. And, if you choose 12 ozs the k-cup will explode. I'm now looking for another brand. Keurig gets worse worh each new design. This is my 4th.

Meh

I've had probably a dozen Keurigs over the years and have been extremely happy with them. This one, however.....UGH. The cup that holds the coffee grounds is a pain to put together after you fill it and about a quarter of the time something goes wrong and I get half of the grounds in my cup. Super annoying. I read the manual and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Seems odd since I've been using these machines since they came on the market and never had issues. Also don't like how it splatters all around the machine every time. I have to wipe down the counter and the front of the machine every time I use it which also was not an issue with past Keurig machines I've had. I do like the compact design and the handle on the water reservoir. The rest of it is a big NO for me.
