Very disappointed doesn't make the coffee hot enough and when I fill my reusable K-Cups it's not strong enough even putting it on strong and 6 oz!

Could not get the discount in store had to order it online and return to the store to pick the item up

I i bought this in February. Liked the coffee machine but after 5 months has stopped working. The power stopped working.

I brewed five cups of coffee before it stopped working. It only spurts out about five drops of coffee at a time.

Quit working in 6 months. The manufacturer replaced and restarted the warranty. Makes you wonder if it’s a good product. Makes coffee

Makes very weak coffee compared to my older Keurig. Does not work with all manufactured k-cup type pods.

Item was just what we wanted. It was on sale and sold out the morning of the first day of the sale, so we ordered it online at the same sale price.

Quality issues are now common with Keurig products. A once dependable product is now something to expect a very short lifespan. Typically 3 months. Much better products are now available!

this model has good features but after being through 3 of them in 1 year THEY ARE JUNK! Also just FYI I only used it 2 days a week for 2-3 cups brewed. Every one I had did the same thing. smells like wires burnt up an would no loner work.

Worst Keurig I ever owned. Replaced numerous times. Always the same problem. Add water light comes on with a full reservoir. Ended up buying a Farberware machine.
