Unhappy

I have not been pleased with my KUREG. It worked fine the first month, making one or two cups per day. After that it started making only half a cup and it was full of grounds. I googled it and it sent me to a YouTube video to fix it using a paper clip to clean out the openings in the needles and everything that had a hole in it. It worked again for about a month and now the same issue again. We have a water softener and a filtration system on our water. I don’t like having to go through this process!

Wasn't durable for us.

From November 2022 to April 2023 was it's lifespan for us, even though it wasn't used regularly for the most part. Worked great until one day it quit working while a cup was going to start brewing. It failed to put water through, and wouldn't turn back on.

Oh no!!

We purchased this product on March 12th, 2023, as an anniversary present to ourselves and 4 months later It does not work!! We have a regular coffee pot in our camper that we have had since 2015 and has been great. We purchased this for convenience and we liked the fact you old do coffee, hot chocolate or tea. There should be no reason we has consumers should have to take apart the machine after descaling it. It never even came back on. We did not bother to diy it. You shouldn't have to with a quality made product!!!you should get more than 4 months out of a coffee maker!!! Fix this Sam's club.

Good until it stopped working

This coffee maker stopped working at 18 months. We have a Keurig 2.0 at work that we have been using for 6+ years and multiple people using it all day, so I was really hoping to get some time with this one as well. I guess I should have bought the 3 year warranty that was offered on it.

Do not purchase - this is poor product.

These machines are pure crap. The one I purchased in September will not descale & it fills about 2 oz no matter what size you select. This is the 2nd one I tried. The 1st one lasted about 1 year and a half and did the same thing. I will not purchase another one.

Thanks for your review John. We're sorry to hear about this. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Supreme coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the descale process is complete, the DESCALE notification should turn off automatically. If you followed the correct process for the K-Supreme and are still experiencing this, please call our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739, we will be more than happy to help.

Caution

Purchased and loved it. Have been using it daily for about 7 months than today it just wouldn't make a full cup coffee about 4 ounces and then it just went dead and wouldn't power up. Checked everything even tried a reset and left unplugged for several hours. NOTHING guess quality by keurig has gone away.

Bought this end of May. Use it a few times per week. Today it won’t turn on. It has not been damaged and it’s been kept clean and used minimally as we are not daily coffee drinkers. At most we brew 6 cups per week. So roughly 40 k cups after purchasing, the machine just stopped working.
