It was delivered quickly. It is relatively compact and does not take too much space. Though it pokes 4 holes in the cartridge, and it is supposed to extract more coffee, I did not notice any difference from the previous model that pokes only one hole. At any rate, I am happy with this one.

I love this new brewer thus far!!! It is easy to use, looks beautiful, is fast and makes a great cup of coffee!!! It seems as if every two years I have been replacing Keurigs, but I have switched to using bottled water only and will be experimenting. There is so much Calcium in our water that it builds up on my faucets, I have think it would do the same within the machine.

I love the new features on this Keurig Coffeemaker. I love the fact that a cup of water is not sitting inside the machine any longer. Seems much healthier, in my opinion. I love that I can make a stronger brew and that the pod is pierced more to extra flavor.

I had covid the beginning of the year and my husband and I gave up coffee. A couple weeks after recovering I wanted a hot beverage in the morning and hot tea just doesn't do it for me. Since hubby decided to stay off coffee, I decided it was time for a Keurig. It's a nice compact machine and the combo pack (pods, reusable filter, etc.) that came with it made it a nice deal. I've tried different brands of pods, but, truly, the coffee quality is really marginal. Maybe it's because I normally buy fresh roasted beans locally, burr grind them, and have a fairly high-end coffeemaker. I'll try to go back to grinding my own beans and using the reusable filter to see if I can get a decent cup.

I bought this after seeing the James Cordon and Quest commercial. I’m sold on the multistream technology. I replaced a first gen Keurig that still worked, but this new Supreme Keurig and multistream make such good coffee! Not to knock the OG, but this one is such an upgrade!

I really liked my first K-Supreme, but in less two months the power supply went out. Keurig was fast about sending me a replacement. I really like how fast it heats the water and the strong brew option. The coffee is so much better than my old Keurig.

I bought this to replace the exact same model I bought 3 years ago. That one quit working, no power. I couldn't find another brand that had the same features for the same price, so I bit the bullet and replaced it. I'll let you know in another 3 years if it was worth it.

Super pleased wth my Keurig! I had one many years ago and ditched it because I felt the coffee was kind of weak; but Keurig has really improved over the years. A lot! With adjustable brew strength, I'm achieving a bold brew that I really enjoy. Great job, Keurig!

Purchase the first K Supreme on November 5th 20/20. After Brewing a few cups of coffee the descale light came on. We called Keurig, watch the videos for directions and what to do. Follow the directions. The light would not go off. Reported it to Keurig follow the directions of the operator and they determined arpanet was defective. Receive the new pot and within a week the descale light has come on and no matter what we do will not go off.

It was easy to assemble , however originally I thought I received a defective unit. Bc when I placed a K cup in it for my first brew the lid/ handle part didn’t close all the way. As soon as I removed the K cup/ pod it closed all the way. Wish this was explained or showed on the tutorials to prevent concerns.
