Poorly build

Got first machine, it did not even start and had to get replacement. The new one worked but in couple days, it only pours few drops of coffee, despite selecting 10 or 12 oz. We do not expect such poor quality coffee maker from such respected company. Better to buy other coffee maker and just use their k cups

Simple to use.

I got this as a replacement for my 5 year old Keurig 2.0 The quality of construction is not as I expected from Keurig. The five holes for saturation is a bit to many as I have coffee grounds in every cup, however it does make a good cup of coffee. The price was a bit high as it was the same price I paid for my 2.0. I suppose I expected a higher standard from Keurig.

Some good & bad things about this machine

I replaced an older unit that seemed to be clogging a lot, I s=assume the pump was growing weak. I like some of the features on this new unit, like the water tank with a handle and the additional serving sizes. I was surprised that the new unit is very light, perhaps too light as the unit moves when lifting the handle, or when I remove the water tank to fill it. I have also had a couple K-Cups overflow and spill the coffee grounds into my cup, wasting the K-cup and having me flush the grounds out of the machine and my cup....that is annoying and wasteful.

Space saving configurable design

I was pleasantly surprised at how fast, quiet and strong this coffee maker was. My previous k-cup type brewer took several minutes to heat the water prior to starting and would make so much noise doing it. With this Keurig maker, it's starts in about 3 seconds, does it very quietly and makes my coffee much stronger than my previous maker. On top of that the water reservoir can be on the side or in the back giving my options to place it in my limit counter space.

I really like this model. I bought a cheaper one and was only getting 2 or 3 cups per filling. With this model I get 5 before I have to refill and the handle on the tank makes it easier. I definitely would recommend this model of Keurig. Very happy with it.

Not the best choice

I bought the gray supreme single serve but when it arrived it did not function. I immediately called support and after full explanation, it was replaced; however, when the replacement arrived it was the black key ring and not the gray. This was disappointing and when I called support, no solutions were offered so now I am stuck with a coffeemaker that works but is not the one Inordered.

It’s Cute, but….

We had an old Keurig that sadly stopped working and after some research, decided that this was the closest thing to it. The old machine didn’t have a reservoir, so we thought that would be a plus! While this cute little sage colored machine makes a decent cup of coffee, there are a couple of things that keep it from a 5 star rating. 1. If you are using a refillable KCup to try to save the environment one tiny plastic cup at a time, you’re going to need to buy another one specific to the multistream functionality. It does not say this anywhere in the product description 2. This machine seems to make a cup of coffee that’s not quite as hot as our old one. It’s not that it’s cold coffee, it’s just not piping hot.

This is the 4th Keurig I have purchased. I have loved all of the ones before, but this one - wow - it is so quiet, it is so small, but holds a lot of water. It doesn't take much time to heat up, and I do not have to leave it on. The only issue I had was that I could not use the k-cup refillable cups that I currently had with it. But that was a small price compared to the benefits.

I used this same coffee maker at my Daughter-in-laws house and loved it. We have an older Keurig K-Kup maker but this one is more convenient and makes coffee faster. One of the big reasons I bought this one is because of its convenient water pitcher. It’s easy to remove, fill up and put back into place without spilling. It works great.
