Just to start off, the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because after only 1 day of use, the descaling light came on. That doesn’t seem normal to me. However, the Keurig is still working great! I can really tell a difference in the taste of my coffee with this model. I’ve owned and used several, but the brewing technology on this one is so much better! The natural oils of the coffee come through much better and give it a much richer taste. That’s something I’ve always missed about freshly ground coffee in a classic style brewer. Now I can have that same taste with my Keurig! I’m in love. I highly recommend this model!

This machine is perfect for what it does. It fits nicely on the counter with a cool option to be able to move the water tank to the back instead of the side. It is definitely an upgrade from the older models and I love the handle on the water tank. It comes with a water filter also which was new to me. The coffee tastes great with hot brew and over ice. I would definitely recommend this product.

I was so thrilled to receive this complimentary updated version of the Keurig Single Cup Coffee Maker called the Keurig K-Supreme via Influenster. First impressions - easy out of the box, minimal assembly. There’s a quick start guide with clear instructions on how to basically run some water through to clean it out. This machine does include a water filter however there were no directions in the box how to install it. I use bottled or purified water in my coffee maker so I will check the Keurig website to figure that out later. I had brewed my 1st cup probably within 15 minutes of the unboxing, it was that quick and easy. I also received two complementary boxes of K-cups including the Green Mountain Dark Magic dark roast and Laughing Man Hugh’s Blend medium coffee, both of which I found to be delicious but I do enjoy strong coffee. The reservoir holds quite a bit of water and with a large opening it will be easy to clean out. The display for choosing your coffee size, strength, and temperature is very clear and easy to figure out. We haven’t use them yet but I am looking forward to customizing the three save options so I can save specific settings for both my husband and myself. There’s also an over ice button which I have yet to try but I’m sure it will be great for a quick cold cup on a hot day. The coffee maker itself is not very wide looking at it from the front but it is a bit long. It’s a really sharp and sleek stainless steel design which would look nice in any kitchen. Two drawbacks include there is no auto setting, however it is so quick and easy to brew a cup it’s not like you’re waiting 10+ minutes for a full carafe of coffee. Also because there’s no auto setting there is no digital clock. Nor does this coffee maker fit a tall travel mug, my husband likes to use a Tervis and I like to use the tall metal Starbucks travel mugs, however will just brew in a large coffee cup and then pour into our travel mug. In my opinion those small negative points do not outweigh how great this updated version of this Keurig Single Serving Coffee Maker is and I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for a quality single serving coffee maker. All of these honest opinions are my own.

I have had this machine for just under 2 months. Recently, the descale light came on so I descaled the machine as per instructions. Now, the descale light will not go off, it just keeps flashing all the time. The instructions are to press the 8 and 10 ounce together for 3 seconds and the light should go off. Well it doesn’t. I have tried this many times and the light is still flashing, which is very irritating. This is obviously a problem with this machine. There are many online comments about this same issue. An email to Keurig customer service has so far not been answered. I have had Keurig machines for many years but I am very disappointed with this one and the lack of customer service. I would not recommend buying one.

I bought this replace a big clunky Keurig 2 and reap the benefits of multi-stream. Glad I did, it is a very nice unit, brews great coffee. The water reservoir is large easy to use and has a handle, wow how many years did that take. Makes it so easy to fill. I like that you can move the reservoir too, makes it easy to place in different areas. It is easy to use, just open the lid place a pod and brew. No turning it on and waiting for it to heat. It is also much quieter in it's brewing. I think the multi-stream does make a different, the coffee has a richer flavor than the old one. All in all I am very happy with the product and glad I switched. On the negative though the materials are not premium enough for the full price cost if you ask me. It's not cheaply put together and I'm sure it will hold up but compared to previous models it just seems cheaper to me and I'm glad I got it 1/2 price by also ordering coffee delivery. I have to get coffee so might as well take advantage. I recommend it, best Keurig we've had and we've had a few.

We bought it 2 months ago. It needs frequent descaling, where our other did not. It also doesn't work well with my eco-pods. I have to poke holes in the coffee pod with a screwdriver, or else it makes a cup of coffee flavored water. Even with regular K-pods, th coffee doesn't taste as good as it did with the older model. Not happy at all.

This was terrific. it sprays the coffee in the k cup like expensive coffee machines do to ground coffee. Coffee taste much better. doesn't show temp. but is built inside machine 187/192. machine is quiet and works right away maybe ten seconds for 1 6oz cup. I usually use two k cups. there is only two of us in household. if you have more than two people buy plus model.takes up very little space. have used for about a week

I have had keurig coffee makes for 15 years. I bought the sage green one about a month and a half ago. It stopped working in 3 weeks and then got s replacement and it just died in almost 2-3 weeks. They both had the same problem and defect. It always thought it had no water and it gets to the point where you can’t brew anything anymore because it doesn’t detect that the canister is full of water. I am extremely disappointed. I may have to find a completely different brand coffee maker. These are too expensive to stop working every 3 weeks and I can’t live without my coffee.

This is the first Keurig we’ve had in many years and I am so impressed with the changes they’ve made! The most notable is how quickly it brews from when it’s turned on- no more waiting for what seems like an eternity to have your morning cup. I love that you have multiple customization options for strength, temperature, hot vs iced, and size (up to 12 oz) PLUS you can save 3 different settings as favorites. It runs 5 streams through each K-Cup vs the single stream of other models, which brews a much more full bodied cup that tastes closer to a traditional coffee maker. The ONLY downside I’ve noticed thus far is that it seems to splatter more than previous models, but that is a quick clean up so I don’t mind too much. Overall I am very pleased with this Keurig! Definitely worth it.

I originally got this model in December 2020 and by February 2021 it had smoked up and then wouldn’t turn back on. Then I got a replacement and today it did the exact same thing. There were also some days where I would press a certain oz and would barely get a good brew. I called customer service and they were very nice and sending me an upgrade. I hope it is much better than this one!
