This coffee maker has to be new favorite machine! I love how quick it makes and pour the coffee within literally in a minute after turning on I have a hot cup of coffee, brewed the perfect way. I like that it has the option of a strong brew as well. The look of the machine is nice and sleek and doesn't have to take too much space. I like that it comes with a water filter as well. This machine is good and I would highly recommend. I would be continue to use tor hopefully years to come!

My existing Keurig 2.0, is still working after 5-1/2 years and HSN had a special on this new Keurig K Supreme. It still is an amazing unit and like the handle on the water reservoir, plus the unit is a little more compact. The selection of cup oz is fast and easy and have the grey model. The reusable filter that came with the unit, from HSN, is not for the Supreme, but for the older models. I had to order the correct reusable K cup as that is what I use for my Duncan Donuts ground coffee. Keurig is the best and look forward to several years of usage on this new Supreme. Under our kitchen sink, the cold water tap has a canister filter, with the filter strength to help with SCALE and other elements. Our city water comes for 7 wells. Maintenance is done after about 6 months and there is hardly any scale, when flushing out. There is no clogging of any type over the same period.

I have had this brewer for a few weeks now and let me tell you how awesome and easy it is. The design is less bulky and light weight from my original keurig brewer and it’s so sleek! I was bummed about not having a screen and a auto timer set but this machine does not have to heat up whatsoever. The machine literally stays on and ready to use. When you use the STRONG button you definitely get what you are asking for, it really does work! I can go on about this machine but would highly recommend anyone to purchase this bad boy! I had a Keuring coffee maker before and loved it. However, it quit so I bought a new one, the K-Supreme Single Serve machine. I like the size but the lid "snaps" up and hits my cabinet doors! I checked out the K-Express model and it doesn't snap up. Why didn't you make the Supreme the same way. I will probably have to return this one.

I bought this specifically to save some room on my counter, and I like having the feature to make my coffee stronger too. It makes great coffee except for one thing: It does not brew my Cameron eco pods, which is good coffee. It brews clear because they are shorter, and the holes do not get punched in them. The older model brewed them no problem, so that is the one disappointing factor of this machine. I need to experiment more, and maybe I will get it to work by making holes in the pods, but I really shouldn't have to do that.

This is the first Keurig we’ve had in many years and I am so impressed with the changes they’ve made! The most notable is how quickly it brews from when it’s turned on- no more waiting for what seems like an eternity to have your morning cup. I love that you have multiple customization options for strength, temperature, hot vs iced, and size (up to 12 oz) PLUS you can save 3 different settings as favorites. It runs 5 streams through each K-Cup vs the single stream of other models, which brews a much more full bodied cup that tastes closer to a traditional coffee maker. The ONLY downside I’ve noticed thus far is that it seems to splatter more than previous models, but that is a quick clean up so I don’t mind too much. Overall I am very pleased with this Keurig! Definitely worth it.

I am in love with this Keurig. All the new features are subtle but useful. First, the water container has a handle! Do you know how easily I can now fill this up? I just carry it to my sink and not have to worry about spilling cups of water. I also love that it’s not behind the machine, so I don’t have to pull it out from under my cabinet to add more water. Second, the fact that I can get 12oz is a huge upgrade for me. Coffee is my happy place, so the more the better. Third, it pokes 5 holes. This is good an bad though. I enjoy immediately smelling the aroma of coffee when I close the lid and it seems to be brewed stronger. What I am sad about is that I now cannot use my reusable cups. (I know Keurig probably doesn’t want me too anyway, but that’s the only downside) Verdict, I love this Keurig. The size, the handle, I don’t have to constantly move it to fill it up, the 12oz option. It may seem silly, but makes me happy to wake up, (for now). I received this complementary to review.

I bought the k-supreme plus about 2 months ago. I work at a hair salon and thought I would suprise everyone for Christmas. We only make about 12 cups a week. The other day we needed water. After adding water and closing the k-cup it wouldn't turn on! Yes we unplugged it. Didn't help and made sure no coffee was by prongs. I just bought this and now I have to pay and ship to have it fixed. I like Kurig I have a different one at home.

I received this brewer a few days ago. After just three days the brewer is no longer working. I called support and after being disconnected three time I made contact with a representative. I was advised that a replacement is being sent and I will receive it in approximately 7-10 days. So far not impressed!

I've had a couple of K-Classic brewers, and my most recent one is still working, but I decided to gift myself a K-Supreme for Christmas. I expected the same, dependable Keurig cup of brew, but surprise! The coffee from the K-Supreme is SO MUCH BETTER, more intense. With the first sip, I felt like I'd moved from black-and-white to color. If you love coffee, you'll love this brewer! (Try it with Tully's Hawaiian Blend!)
