Worked for a month

I am having to take this machine back after only having it a month. The volume of coffee it now dispurses is 2oz. It worked fine till two days ago and now I have to push start 4 times to get a cup of coffee.

Not Reliable

I bought this Keurig on 11/13/2021. The descale light came on on this morning. I ran the descale process using the Keurig Solution. Now the Keurig will not power on.

I bought this about 4 months ago and it just stopped working . The power shut off and never came back on . I have been trying for weeks to call Keruig but so long of a hold and no one ever comes on . I bought this for less counter space

Don’t buy this

This does not get the coffee hot enough and can not be adjusted. It’s a lot of money to pay for a keurig with so few features. I have enjoyed my other keurigs but not this one.

Thumbs down

I bought this coffee maker from HSN and it’s the worst Keurig that I have purchased so far. If you like coffee grinds in your coffee, buy it. Personally I don’t like chewing my coffee in the morning.

This is your machine, if you need it for a year

Horrible machine. It doesn't even last a year. Second time purchasing, and it burns out on you while cleaning it. And yes, this is after following manufacturers' instructions step by step. Definitely put your money elsewhere.

Do Not Buy!!!

I received this in Sept. 2021 as a gift from my daughter and it has already died. Indicator light came on to descale and after following all instructions for descaling, the unit would not power back on.

Keurig purchase

Beware-Just purchased this coffee maker and didnt think i needed to look at pkg date on bottom but it was pkg'd in 2022 and the free coffee it comes woth expired in 2023! Sure hope it lasts since it has been sitting on the shelf since 2022

Doesn't last

The first one I bought lasted under two years. liking the size I purchased a second one which lasted under two weeks. Sam's made it right but I didn't need the hassle of multiple trips and not being able to make my coffee.
