Was a great machine then little over a year it wanted descaled which we did and then it won't turn on. I flipped the thermostat switch and it still turned back off and won't work again.

This is the third one I’ve bought. I don’t know why this continues to break. This one I just exchanged, and have had 3 weeks (one week I was out of town). Went to go make coffee and it had this awful electrical smell, burned out and won’t turn on. It’s wild?! W

More compact than my previous Keurig, with more water capacity and a handle on the reservoir. Delivery was fast, free, and easy. One downside was the free coffee pods that expired two years ago. The mycup option is a bit of a pain if you have one user that uses regular pods and one coffee snob that uses her own coffee. You have to pop out the pod holder to swap between the two types.

This is the most simplistic Keurig i have purchased.

Brews a more flavorful cup of coffee and a smaller size that takes up less space

I like the pod area not popping out the front. This a smaller unit than our old one.

Love this brewer. Would be better if the water reservoir was bigger.
