bloody undercooked chicken

i told my husband to get the darkest most done looking chicken today. i have not bought one in years because of bloody chicken issues in the past. i thought surely sam's had finally done something about selling under cooked chickens but no this one was also bloody inside. shame on sam's club for not listening to the many complaints from their customers. i was so grossed out after dealing with this that i could not even eat the soup i prepared with the white meat.

Steaks should be rare not chicken.

Three out of the last five chickens I purchased haven't been thoroughly cooked. I have to put in in the oven and recook it which dries it out. I never had this problem at my previous Sam's club. I hope people read all the reviews and realize that these are only partially cooked chickens and they need to finish cooking them at home. You can get extremely sick eating under cooked poultry.

Tasty and best price

Best taste and best price. I've tried other stores and they taste too salty. Here, it tastes perfect and the price remains the same at $4.98 each while other items get more expensive. I usually get at least one per trip. Even if I'm out of luck with Jasmine Rice, my trip is not totally wasteful if I get at least one chicken.

Rotisseri Chicken Problems

The price is still outstanding. Since our local Sam's remodeled their cooking section a couple of months ago , the chickens are much smaller, and cooked way too long. There is no juice in the bottom of the container like normal. The meat is extremely dry and the skin is like jerky. I email Sam's to let them know and they have done absolutely nothing to correct the problem. The person I was emailing couldn't understand I wasn't asking for a refund, I was trying to alert them there was a problem. This went on for 4 emails and then I gave up. After buying 5 chickens during this tranisition period and having to deal with the uneatable chicken, I've decided to buy somewhere else. I've never had problems with Sam's in the past. They have always given extremely great customer service.

Bring back the larger chickens!

I really miss the larger chickens and would be willing to pay the extra dollar or so for it. If I wanted a dinky chicken like this, I could go to Giant Eagle! I debone and freeze the meat to use at future times; now I have extra work because it takes longer to do three small instead of the two larger ones.

Never thought I had to read the ingredients for a rotisserie chicken rub...why all the mystery ingredients %26 why do we need the added flour, it'sthe first ingredient too..Sooo disappointed! I buy rotisserie because I'm off flour right now, I'd buy fried if I wanted flour, I've never seen this in a rotisserie chicken before. All this time I thought I'd been eating the healthier alternative 😢

Always undercooked!

Love the flavor and the price, but the chicken is never cooked. It's pink and running bloody every time I purchase one. I always have to come home and cook it longer. You could never take that bird to a gathering after pick up because it would not be edible. This last one I bought, I have cooked it for close to an hour since purchase. It was still running blood. I almost wonder if it's a real chicken? SMH Something needs to be done, including the bird!

chicken noodle soup

Honestly I used to just buy it to eat "as-is" which is great, but then I decided to try something different. I broke it down to use in my "homemade" chicken and noodle soup. It served me well. A little salt and pepper, a bit of slow cooking, and it was great! I also used the drumsticks as a broth cook. Awesome.

Gotten smaller recently

These use to be a really good deal and chickens that could barely fit in the container but in recent months have gotten even smaller than the bagged ones sold by their counterpart at walmart which are cheaper and have multiple flavors. Some new ones have ni breast whatsoever.

This chicken was discussing, like a rubber, I never seen the chicken so big And I do know the farm chicken by the way , but this chicken looks like it's injected with something, and was reddish inside and was like a rubber, with a nasty texture Was a disgusting, and I don't know how they sell something like that.
