Bought this on Saturday night and it was not cooked all the way. It was bloody by the bones. Had to throw it all away.

This big bird is delicious and versatile. Eat with some sides or cut it up and add to a skillet meal or casserole. You can't go wrong.

The chicken was undercooked and red inside. I ended up having to cook it more. Disappointing for sure.
