The best tasting chicken I’ve ever had. It’s an outstanding price and well worth the trip. With the size of the chicken you can make multiple meals.

Has not always been this way, but for quite some time now, Port Charolette, Cape Coral and Ft Myers, are over cooking the birds. This creates dry meat. Ft Myers and Cape Coral, we’re alway wonderful, until recently, they to are overcooking.

I get a chicken every week. I make chicken salad with it. I freeze it sometimes after deboning. Having ready to eat protein in the fridge is a huge time saver

Got home to cut this up and use it in homemade chicken and dumplings, cut intio it and chicken was not cooked. Large portions of the inside were raw. Cooks need to do better.
