I was so excited to buy a rotisserie chicken. It smelled so good when i was near it that my mouth practically was watering. Well, when I got back to get to eat it. I cut it open and it was raw, yes raw!!! I was so disappointed and disgusted that it was imaginable. I'll never trust a rotisserie chicken from this Sam's location

with this order there was supposed to be ribs also I was not informed about there being no ribs plum up to going to store to pick up. Also the worst part was they were for a family that I join others to prepare a meal for so by them not communicating there was none, that put me in a bind

Ok, this is the best tasting chicken in comparison to any other grocery/membership places, plus it is cheaper and much bigger than what little sister Walmart offers. But! There's always the swarm to contend with. There's usually a guy or a family that has called ahead who gets like 40 chickens in one go, complete with boxes and a multi cart caravan. It would be awesome if there were more chickens available so that I'm not just there waiting with a bunch of crying kids for nothing. I would even take a cold one home and warm it up myself if it was an option versus leaving empty-handed. Everybody loves this chicken and it is a treat in my household. We get some flatbread or tortillas, put some basic sides or fillings together (lettuce, tomato, avocado, sour cream, cheese), self-serve and eat it however we like it. It's one of the only times my kids will eat till there's nothing but bones. It makes us very happy. The only thing to complain about is many times there are not enough ready in store to go around and we miss out.

normally I love a Sam's club rotisserie chicken because they're yummy for a quick day of meal, but they're especially good for meal prepping after cutting it up. this time, I only was able to eat about half the meat, I threw away the rest of the chicken be ause it was pink and not cooked fully! the top part of the chicken, the breast, was salvageable and I felt comfortable eating the meat. but anything lower, the thighs, wings, bottom of the chicken were not cooked! it was pink and gooey... I wish I would've bought raw chicken instead to cook and get enough to meal prep instead of buying this one because that was not a great experience for me.

It has been hard to get some rotisserie chicken lately. Luckily I was able to get a hold of one today. It was cooked thoroughly and yummier than before. Maybe because I haven't had some from Sams in a while. I reheated the chicken and it was still juicy.

The chickens took too long to get ready. Although customers stood in line for nearly an hour, the employees seemed to move in slow motion. Surely management knows there is a big demand and could plan better. Other Sam’s locations handle their chickens much more efficiently

Members Mark Rotisserie chicken is the best Rotisserie chicken in Alabama. The Hoover Al. gets my vote as the #1 because of the sweet little man who has been turning out the best chickens for years. We go to Sam's Club Sunday afternoon and he is always there. I don't even know his name but the smile on his face can light up a sky. The chicken is juicy and tender. It's a great Sunday evening meal. And, leftovers for a meal or two during the week.

I have purchased the rotisserie chickens from Sams Club many times in the past from a different store location and they have always been wonderful. This one from the store in south Nashville was way over cooked and was extremely dry with a burnt flavor. I also purchased a hot dog combo from the concessions and they had no drinks to go with the combo but also did not discount for that either. I don't know if this store has issues like this all the time due to I never shop this particular one but I will not be back to shop this location again

The number one reason I go out of my way to shop at Sam's. The aroma hits me the minute I walk in the store and I make a bee-line for the counter. If there are chickens still cooking on the rotisserie, I will shop the store until they are ready - gotta have the latest, freshest, juciest. Amazing flavour, well seasoned, moist. I start picking on the way home 😉

Always consider Sams rotisserie chickens a good value compared to other stores. This time though discovered a fly (alive) inside the package when loading into car. Opened pkg up to let it fly away so it wouldn't be inside the chicken when we served it. Not sure how Sams can fix this exactly. There are several flying insect traps on the market, maybe installing one in the prep area? I'll still buy rotisserie chickens here, will just be more observant when picking them up next time.
