Expected the same potato flakes as the smaller packages, not the powdery granulated texture. Also, too high in sodium, prefer to add salt ourselves so we have more control. Would have given 2.5 stars if possible.

Wish I'd have read others reviews before purchasing. Way too salty. Not flakes but moreso a powder. I do not care for the container; though I store a smaller amount in an airtight container near my stove, I'd prefer a ziploc/resealable bag over any box. I gave one star for convenience in a pinch.
