I love this washing machine! It does a great job, and it is easy to operate. The installation provided by Sam's Club was wonderful. They arrived on time, removed my old machine, installed the new one, and took the old machine away. Perfect!

Breaks When Used Properly!
Thanks to the cost cutting corners of Samsung I used my Washer for one year an six months. The machine started to make an ungodly amount of racket. The weight balancing part inside of the machine is snapped in half.

Great for the first 4.5 years
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The internal bucket and bearings broke after 4.5 yrs, the cost to service it was nearly as much as replacing it with a new one which is what I ended up doing.

Great product

loud spin cycle
was great for a while now the drum is making so much noise during spin cycle. I see this is not unusual. 4 repair people have been out and it is still loud. very disappointed
Part needed to fix isn't available
We have had champagne color washer and dryer combo three years now. Bought the matching stands even. Door got stuck in lock mode and followed basic DIY tries before having to have tech come out. Tech called Samsung to confirm that there was no emergency release and came to the conclusion that it was a motherboard issue. Keep in mind all of our towels are stuck in the washing machine. We follow up on the motherboard order and get a confirmation that they don't make that specific part anymore and they don't know when they'll get it in. It's been awful dealing with Samsung on the phone over this and now dealing with buying a whole new washer to replace this one. Do not buy.

Unbearably loud after only 3 years! DO NOT BUY
I bought this washer in September 2021 and it started making loud noises about 6-8 months ago. Any spin cycle feels like a jet engine is going off. It is so loud and unbearable. We leveled it, bought bumpers, and just paid for a local repair guy just to tell us that the rear bearings with seal are broken. The repair is very labor intensive as the machine needs to be unassembled and reassembled and that it's not worth it. The machine is 3 years old and a lemon! Samsung - where are you?

Samsung please fix the problem!
Fortunately I bought this over 4 years ago and it was working great. About a few weeks it started making noise until I opened it and noticed some bolts of the weights weirdly broke. Now that I see these other reviews I noticed this is something that the washer usually has the problem with. It's too expensive to be this defective!

Broken already...
I've had the set for less than three years and the weight distribution piece in the front edge of the washer has broken. I saw another review here and noted that my complaint was the same as mine. Now, I am trying to figure out what to do because this should not be broken; especially this soon in the life of the machine!!

JUNK!
Bought it just under three years ago, it often left clothes not clean and smelling badly....having to rewash. Now, it is leaking all over the floor and will cost more to fix than it is worth to bring someone in to fix. TRASH! Should have lasted 10 years for the price. Will never buy a Samsung again....
