Start button was difficult to start and and engage the washer. Had to press it hard with both fingers. This should not be the case.

Love the washer! Clothes come out sparkling white or color restored. Self clean feature is an added bonus. Thanks Samsung.

This machine was bought 5 years ago and is now non-functional, the tumbler will not turn, after 45 mins. on the phone with your people l got no satisfaction that this machine only lasted 5 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this washer is great at washing everything i have put at is. kids clothes full of dirt, ya it will get that clean. slacks and polos that need to be wrinkle free, yup you guessed it.

after just a year and half, this machine failed! it gets stuck on spin cycle no matter what the load is or how the load its positioned. nothing worse than having a bunch of wet clothes!

i do not recommend this washer. when we first bought it on feb 2020 brand new great and smooth at first its now aug 2020 and it has been serviced twice due to leaking water and excessive rattling noise.
