This washer is wonderful. It has just enough settings for me. I don't need all the extra stuff. But this has everything you will need. The price we paid was so much less then any retail store. The delivery was a lot faster than the website said when we purchased. They deliver right to your home. They do not install, which was OK with us.

Very happy with my new Samsung washer. I never had a front loader before, but do like that. The most amazing thing is that our clothes come out so much cleaner than they did with my old washer. My husband's white undershirts come out like new. Absolutely amazing! Very happy and would definitely recommend. Didn't purchase because of all the options the washer offers, but honestly I do use them and live it

We bought ours in 2019 and the drain pump just went out now in 2025. 6 years, but tons of loads later. I keep my stuff clean and would put vinegar with the cleaning cycle. If you ever start to smell dirty water, it might be your pump beginning to go out.

This is my first Front Load Washer. I have had this washer for 3 weeks. It runs smoothly at the moment; I hardly heard the noise of running water. I miss my Samsung top load washer(almost 10 years). Hope my new Samsung lasts a bit longer than the old one.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I'm so happy I did. Love the features and the quick wash setting is great. I did my king size bed spread with no problems.

Love the new Samsung washing machine. The quick setting is shorter than my old Samsung, last night when the cat threw up a hairball on my blanket, it washed and dried within an hour.

Purchased about a month ago and have been happy with it so far. It washes good, there are shirts I had quit wearing because our old washer simply could not get them clean enough, the smell is gone with this machine!

It only lasted 3 years!! We paid to have it checked because it was no longer spinning and out clothes would be soaked when it was done washing. We were told that the bearings were completely rusted (even though we don't have a leak, AT ALL) and Samsung won't sell the bearings alone, they have to be purchased with the whole drum and back cover of the drum. It would cost us more to fix than what we paid for the brand new washer!! I had a front load Frigidaire set for more than 13 years that I only got rid of because I like the color of this set!! They were still working PERFECTLY!!!

So upset with this product. Like others, we invested in this set thinking it would last us a while. We had one service repair while it was under warranty, and now that it's out of warranty I think the counterweight has broken and we will have to buy a new washer after only 3 years. Ridiculous.
