Less than 4 years old, light use, we've taken great care of it. It began shaking like crazy, as though unbalanced even though it wasn't. Now there is a dent in the front and the counterweight is disintegrating. Cost of repair is more than getting a new machine. A waste of money.

Good Washer, Leaves Clothes Creased
I like the washer a lot and it cleans my clothes well. It is not too loud and the wash cycles are relatively quick. The biggest drawback is that the clothes are very creased due to high spin speeds (even if you remove your clothes from the washer immediately after the load finishes).

Sleek and Quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The champagne finish and sleek front load makes this a washer that you don't want to hide from guests. I enjoy the quiet, clean wash and water use efficiency. A nice bonus is the cute jingle that is played once the wash cycle is complete. Finally, the self clean helps make sure the unit continues to smell nice. One negative is that the unit stinks if you don't run the self clean. Overall I recommend this product for the intuitive washing options, the sleek look and quiet cycle.

Worked OK until it didn't
When it worked, it worked well…but I expect that when I buy a brand new NOT CHEAP washing machine, that it'll last with gentle/regular use for longer than 2 years. Out of nowhere it started rattling like it was going to take off into space. According to everyone I talked with at Best Buy (where I originally purchased the machine) said this is a common occurrence with these (and similar) Samsung Washers. The counterbalance cracked, snapped off the mounting brackets, split the bolts in two, and punched a hole in the wash drum and diaphragm (door seal), which completely totaled the machine in one fell swoop. Getting it taken care of was a long, painful, drawn-out process. I will not be buying Samsung washers again anytime soon after this.

Trust Me, Just buy it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started my search not needing a new washer, but more wanting one, because of me not needing one, I had tons of time to research and compare every washing machine, this one is the one I picked, its perfect for a family of four and more, I've had it for almost a year and works perfectly and cleans amazingly. I'm a fantastic about making researching to make I don't regret a decision, I picked the right one!
DO NOT BUY THIS MACHNE
We moved into a new house 1 year ago and this washer and dryer came with the appliance package. From the beginning we have had nothing but problems. The drum was loud and rattly. We tried to fix it. The rubber around the door broke off in 2 places. We fixed it. The last straw was when the machine got stuck on the spin cycle and then caused a flood onto the main floor and into the basement. The quality of manufacturing at Samsung has drastically decreased and this machine has been a nightmare from day 1.

My experience is that this washing machine is the greatest (not) ever designed. I have reviewed and submitted multiple other reviews (rejected), stating what a top of the line (not) washing machine this is! All other reviews have been 'moderated' because it was not a glowing endorsement of this washing machine. Buyer beware.

Great features but heavy and unusable
the washer is very heavy 200- 300 pounds in addition, there is a possible design flaw in the washer or potential manufacturing defect that the washer will shake violently enough to move several feet in a few inches. potentially reach 1-3 inches off the ground (even if leveled properly) in which case the washer can damage its self if this happens even turning off the spin cycle may not work as it may still enter spin cycles although this is clearly a warranty regarding issue my experience so far is either pay for a technician to come over from samsung to fix the washer or contact the place of purchase for a new one. there has not been a clear process for entering a rma or warranty claim. my washer will probably have to be completely replaced.

Samsung washing machine
i bought the set on january 23, 2021 the washer does not work, i spoke to samsung, they did not give me the guarantee because i installed it, i spoke to the home depot and they did not help me at all i have a month without a washing machine i paid $ 1700 for the set of what i wanted from samsung neither home depot did not give me an option to fix the washing machine myself i opened the washing machine to see what happened, surprise is a used washing machine where the counterweight of the drum was loose and dirty with broken screws nor 3 months i have with this washing machine supposedly it was new

Shakes violently and rips itself out of the wall
i have tried everything to get this washer to stop tearing the plug out of the wall and shaking so violently. ive calibrated it, levelled it perfectly, locked the feet and it still moves even when im sitting on top of it trying to stop it from damaging itself (im a 6ft 300lb man). this is absolutely unacceptable. i want a refund.
