And it didn't take long to hook it up either, not even 10 minutes before I turned it on. A great investment, thank you Samsung!

Have had some parts die on me though and the dryer version rattles quite a bit but everything is fixable so it's pretty good

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had this washer for 3 years, which I absolutely love. It is a smart washer that can be connected to the internet via an app on my phone. I am able to control the washer from my phone to help me find a laundry recipe for my wash and to stop and start the washer. The app tells me how long is left on the wash cycle. The Washer looks stylish and does an amazing job.

The steam feature is amazing I washed my throw rugs using this feature and they have never looked so clean.I am beyond pleased with the design, performance and the value. I am so happy!

i bought this washer brand new and on the very first wash when it comes to the spinning drying cycle it vibrates extremely hard to the point it starts knocking everything down off the walls. i've balanced all four legs and it still continues to vibrate extremely hard to where i can't even use it.

After the first time of running thru the cycle, my wife came up from the laundry room with a big smile on her face and said that machine is so nice and so quiet. "I luv it" , she exclaimed.

I had prior exposure to Samsung washer through a friend who had one, so I had a certain degree of comfort with selecting this brand and model. Very pleased. It's quiet, easy to use, looks great, and most importantly, gets my clothes clean and well spun out. Very happy with this purchase and will buy Samsung next time I need a washer or dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer along with the matching dryer and stands at the end of 2019 and I am totally satisfied with its performance. It gets my clothes clean the first time and even plays a little tune when it's done washing.

I have owned this washer almost exactly two years and it's already making a terrible knocking noise on the spin cycle. Of course it's out of warranty so there's no help from Samsung. Garbage. I won't waste any more money on their appliances cause they seem to be made to break in less that a year or two.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i recently purchased the 4.5 front load washer and matching dryer to replace the ge front load washer and dryer that i purchased about a year ago and hated! my clothes are coming out cleaner and the samsung washer is alot gentler on my clothing. not to mention the quietness of the machines compared to my ge. i am amazed! the machines seemed to be built heavyier and better! i purchased a samsung side by side refridgerator 13 years ago and it is still going strong to thos day. also i pirchased a samsung over the range microwave just a year ago. i have nothing bad to say about any of the products i have purchased.
