[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it in January this year and it works great. I have a king size bed and it washes the sheets and blankets with ease. I have a dog so i really like the sanitizing function. Great machine all around. Great value for the money.

It worked beautifully for about 2 months and then the loud banging & the leaking started. When the repairman opened the machine, it completely fell apart and left a large hole in the tub. Not the repairman's fault. The machine just fell apart. It was also leaking water onto the electronics so we were lucky there wasn't worse damage. I've never had anything like this happen. The refund/replacement process was also difficult.

There are lots of washing options that allow you to select number of spin cycles, various temperatures, etc. It's quiet (as much as a washing machine can be quiet). I have the set with the platinum finish and it looks great!

Its lots of fun to do a wash now and every time everything is clean. Its like a oven set it and forget it until the little song plays at the end. Great product

There were issues during delivery but Samsung resolved it to our liking. We moved from our 15 year old Kenmore washers to these and the difference is huge. The washer is quieter and seems to be cleaning our clothes better too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i purchased this washer and the matching dryer a little over a month ago and i am extremly happy. i love the various wash settings! i am pleased with the time length of the various cycles. i really love that the washer has a self cleaning mode. i also really like the tune it plays when the cycle is finished (not that important to everyone...i know) overall i think this washer is incredby versatile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last year when I bought this Samsung washer and dryer I had people tell me I would not like the front loading washer. They complained of smells in all kinds. My Samsung washer has never had a bad smell. We leave the door open when not in use. We probably wash 8-12 loads a week and I love being able to customize every wash for our specific laundry needs. The happy tunes played at the end signaling to you that your load is complete, are loud enough to be heard all the way across my house. I still smile when I hear them even after a year. The rose gold color is so unique and makes my washer and dryer seem like a stylish part of the home. I absolutely love this set and would buy them over and over again.

i got my washer and dryer a year and a half ago. my dryer is working just fine but the washer has given me a lot of problems. at first, it was leaking and my husband was able to find the problem and fix it. now it is making a terrible noise in the spinning cycle (even when empty) and he cannot find the root of the problem. there should not be so many problems in a washer in such little time.

The washer was delivered with a shattered glass door (no plastic here!). The delivery folks got Samsung on the phone and the issue was quickly rectified. We added the pedestal to raise it to a very comfortable height for a family member who was struggling with reaching into our old machine. The washer is quiet and efficient, it seems to do a much better job at spinning the clothing dry than any other we have had. Overall, we are thrilled with it.
