Bought this washer in nov 2020. Only had it for 10 months and already the front panel words are rubbing off. Called customer support and unfortunately warranty doesn't cover cosmetic issues. I would have to get a new front panel which I'm sure the letters will rub off on that too. Don't waste your money on this machine unless you want to guess which button to push.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having had this washer for about 3 months, we've been very happy with all of the feature, the capacity and the performance. It washes quickly and the clothes come out very clean. The only issue we've had twice is that there was a slight leak on our laundry room floor. After thoroughly cleaning the door seal, that appears to have cleared up, but it'd be nice if the seal wasn't so sensitive to allow for leaks.

usually fans, our house is filled with samsung products. we have "everything samsung" however this product is very disappointing. unless we got a lemon, i would avoid this washing machine, i don't recommend this product. pro : i give 2 stars for the beautiful aesthetics and the good capacity. cons : it is so loud and noisy, very shaky. it scratches so easily, it's ridiculous. for example, simply by placing a container of laundry detergent on top of the washer or normal use ; scratches and dents. we experienced two water leaks in 7 months of use.

I was really happy with my washer and my dryer but 9th month later my washer is broke a week ago the washer start doing a really loud sound my husband move the washer and found the it's a part from the motor broken. How that happen we don't have a idea

We bought this washer (samsung wf45r6100a) and matching dryer 5 years ago and they have worked perfectly. I don't overload it, let the machine rest at least an hour between loads, and run the self-clean cycle when it tells me to. We've had zero issues. Clothes come out clean. Take good care of your possessions and they will take care of you.

The Child lock button disables all buttons of the washer... EXCEPT the Power on/off button. Who is that childless genius that came up with this br(ainless)illiant idea of keeping the Power button accessible when the Child Lock is activated??? Any toddler will figure it out in less than 30 seconds which button has to be pushed to make washer stop. And no toddler will relate to your explanation that it's forbidden to touch THE button.

I am pleased with the many features it has, including the several temperature, rinse and spin variations. The washer is quick and quiet. The hot water gets very, very hot. The clothes come out clean and not ready overworked. I'm a fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is my first set of front loaders. i love that they are stacked, and i love the color. with the easy to use buttons, and settings i have the kids doing their own laundry. only thing i dont enjoy is that even with venting the washer the smell is still there. i'm purchasing the wipes for the plastic hopefully that along with venting will solve the smell issue.

had washer for 15 months from brand new. the bearing went out and sounded like a jet engine. i called customer service in january when the noise started and they said my warranty expired. i said the warranty covered the machine for 2 years but was told it was expired so i could either get a this fixed out of my own pocket or get a new washer. shoddy product and mediocre service.
