i had a pair of samsung washer and dryer for 4 years, the washer stopped working last month. it couldn't complete a wash cycle, wouldn't spin at all. samsung support says it could be the water bump or something stucked in the hose. replaced the bump and the pressure sensor, the issue still existed. finally, i found out that one of the wires that connect to the motor was broken. it looks like burnt out for being shorted to the chassis. reconnected it, the machine works so far.

Have not gotten help from customer service to fix. I spoke to one customer service agent, didn't help fix. I had to run the washer to test. Had another agent call back but the call dropped and they never called back. Poor customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from old washer to this washer, this is really good looking and lot of features. samsung service is excellent, they installed and is working great since then. It uses 1/3 of water than old machine without compromising the quality of wash. Very little sound in last few min for quick dry cycle but other than that very smooth running.

Let me start by this review by saying we are very happy with the new addition to our laundry room, The Samsung washer (WF45R6100AC) in champagne. This Samsung washer and dryer set are simply beautiful, my color is champagne stainless steel and let me tell you they look awesome in my laundry room. I also love that they are fingerprint resistant. Delivery was a breeze; the delivery men were very professional and installed our new appliances without flaw. The washer is a 4.5.cu ft – front load with steam. It's hard for me to believe how much technology has changed when it comes to appliance's, but it really shows in this washer. Samsung has really packed them with features that makes laundry day a breeze. I don't usually do the laundry because it would take all day with my previous machines, I would let my wife do it, but I figured I would give the new appliances a try. I was able to wash 5 loads of clothes in 2.5 hours. Amazing, I cannot believe how they made quick work of all my family's dirty clothes. Thank you, Samsung for giving me my Saturday back. And I can't forget to talk about all the features in this Samsung appliance: Steam in the washer. You can sanitize your clothes in the washer. Self-Clean this set will let you know when to use the clean feature to prevent bacteria build up in your machine. I really love this feature. ENERGY STAR® Certified Yes, they are easy on the power bill. This is a big one. VRT Plus this on means they are very quiet, and they really are. Usually I can hear the appliances running even with the laundry room door closed, not anymore. These are just a few great features that I wanted to point out because they stood out to me, there are plenty more features in the set that makes them amazing. I have not been able to find any cons with this set; everything works well and how it's meant to work. I would recommend this washer to everyone.

I bought this washing machine just over a year ago. At the beginning, it worked fine. About six months in, it started to stop during the cycle and I would have to start it again. Sometimes I had to do this two or three times. Sometimes I couldn't even restart it. I would have to unplug it and plug it back in again for it to work. Then all of a sudden it started to work again and didn't have problems. I didn't call in anyone to service it because it was just fine. Then just after a year of having it, it has started doing it again. Very frustrated with it and would not buy another one.

I saved up for months to buy these beautiful machines and followed the instructions to a T My clothes come out extremely wrinkled to the point where i had to throw them out The water gets sooo hot it burns to open the door with extreme steam coming out Water catches in the drawer spilling everywhere and clothes come out soaking wet I have had the machines for 2 weeks and am heartbroken at how disappointed i am with the damage these machines have cause to my designer clothing I should have kept my washer and dryer from the 70s -

The washer does a terrific job and has many features you would expect to pay almost double for with other brands. Very high-quality cabinet as well.

Have put up with this washer for 3-yrs and time to move on! It leaks through the bottom of the door and has rattled loudly during the spin cycles soon after installed. Just figured that is what you get from Samsung, so didn't file any complaints. Just put up with it as it still washed clothes. Now the matching dryer is having issues. Nice looking machine and lots of features, but poor quality. Just purchased LG and it is soooo much nicer!
