Well it made it about 3 years and failed. Just had the service man out - declared it a goner. Parts and labor would be more than a new one. It started to sound like jet engine when spinning and leaking water. Just purchased a new Samsung - going back to a top loader. Stinks I have to pay for install and haul away again. I suggest getting an extend warranty - these things are not cheap and do not last like they should.

I knew my old washer was terrible, but until I got this new Samsung WF45R6100AC Front Load Washer, I had no idea HOW terrible. I don't know, maybe it's the fact that the clothes presteam before washing to help loosen dirt and stains? Maybe it's the ability to adjust settings to allow up to FIVE rinses, or to increase/decrease the soil level?? Whatever it is, my family's clothes have never been cleaner! Not to mention how beautiful the appliance is. I selected the Champage colored machines. I repainted the laundry room and WOW. Stunning! It's such a subtle pinkish hue to it - even my fiance likes it! The control panel is easy to use and navigate. And the washer plays the most adorable chimes once it's finished! I'm so pleased with this new addition to my household!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer makes a lot of noise when in the spin cycle even when leveled. The metal ring detached from the rubber so it started leaking water from the door. Besides these issues I fixed myself it does have great features and cleans very well

Let me start by this review by saying we are very happy with the new addition to our laundry room, The Samsung washer (WF45R6100AC) in champagne. This Samsung washer and dryer set are simply beautiful, my color is champagne stainless steel and let me tell you they look awesome in my laundry room. I also love that they are fingerprint resistant. Delivery was a breeze; the delivery men were very professional and installed our new appliances without flaw. The washer is a 4.5.cu ft – front load with steam. It's hard for me to believe how much technology has changed when it comes to appliance's, but it really shows in this washer. Samsung has really packed them with features that makes laundry day a breeze. I don't usually do the laundry because it would take all day with my previous machines, I would let my wife do it, but I figured I would give the new appliances a try. I was able to wash 5 loads of clothes in 2.5 hours. Amazing, I cannot believe how they made quick work of all my family's dirty clothes. Thank you, Samsung for giving me my Saturday back. And I can't forget to talk about all the features in this Samsung appliance: Steam in the washer. You can sanitize your clothes in the washer. Self-Clean this set will let you know when to use the clean feature to prevent bacteria build up in your machine. I really love this feature. ENERGY STAR® Certified Yes, they are easy on the power bill. This is a big one. VRT Plus this on means they are very quiet, and they really are. Usually I can hear the appliances running even with the laundry room door closed, not anymore. These are just a few great features that I wanted to point out because they stood out to me, there are plenty more features in the set that makes them amazing. I have not been able to find any cons with this set; everything works well and how it's meant to work. I would recommend this washer to everyone.

And it didn't take long to hook it up either, not even 10 minutes before I turned it on. A great investment, thank you Samsung!

Have had some parts die on me though and the dryer version rattles quite a bit but everything is fixable so it's pretty good

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had this washer for 3 years, which I absolutely love. It is a smart washer that can be connected to the internet via an app on my phone. I am able to control the washer from my phone to help me find a laundry recipe for my wash and to stop and start the washer. The app tells me how long is left on the wash cycle. The Washer looks stylish and does an amazing job.

The steam feature is amazing I washed my throw rugs using this feature and they have never looked so clean.I am beyond pleased with the design, performance and the value. I am so happy!

i bought this washer brand new and on the very first wash when it comes to the spinning drying cycle it vibrates extremely hard to the point it starts knocking everything down off the walls. i've balanced all four legs and it still continues to vibrate extremely hard to where i can't even use it.
