[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this washer for several months and can say only good things about it: it holds a lot of stuff, it washes very well, you can modify several parameters, including the number of rinses which is important for me. And the last but not the least: the melody that the machine plays after it finishes the job sounds so happy that it makes me happy!

I have bought many washers but my last was a Samsung washer and it lasted me 8 years before my teenage daughter overfilled and broke the front load washers glass. I ordered this one, my only complaint is it doesn't have a light inside like my previous. Other than that it's pretty and it washes good.

i have always like samsung brands and this was the first washing machine we own. previously lg, whirlpool. from the get go, this is sexy machine, very smooth, very intuitive , very simple and clean. the machine is very quiet and easy to load and unload. very please!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I like this Samsung washer. It was easy to connect to our water lines, and the settings are straightforward and user-friendly. The soft charcoal colour of the washer complements a variety of cabinet styles. When using the quick wash setting, my clothes are cleaned quickly, and even with a heavier load, I don't worry about the machine moving around the laundry room. Plus, the machine is tall enough that you don't need to bend down to load and unload clothes, so it's easier on your back. The only downside is that the machine can be quite loud when dealing with a heavier load. You can hear the machine washing from an adjacent room, and the chime is a bit annoying if not turned off. Additionally, I don't quite understand the purpose of the steam settings. It was not a selling feature of the machine for me, but is a big part.

bought this washer and dryer as set for our new home which replaced the old school top load white set which was working pretty fine but we thought let's buy something new and fancy and since then we are having issues and issues with the washer. they dryer seems to work fine but the washer we just can't get it to vibrate and make loud banging noise. when you start the load it looks like its going to break the door open and when the spin cycle starts it always makes me nervous that something it going to break. i have leveled it and everything but still. my fault is i got lazy and waited to long to complain about it. now its not under 1 year warranty.

i purchased this washer in 2020 and has been a pain the the behind since day 1. shakes so bad, that it scares my kid. had someone come to "repair" it and it's got worse. my wife refuses to use this anymore and i have to buy a new washer now. my last samsung washer lasted for 10 yrs without problems and this one is a complete disappointment

My only nitpick with it is I would to be able to control the volume of the Samsung song. Like I could my old one.

The washer has no light, vibrates and is loud (especially when it is spinning). Logged another call because of the noise. Samsung could not fix it and is replacing the washer.
