[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this pair for a few months now and I couldn't be happier! Our clothes have always come out clean, even when washing in cold water. The noise level is much quieter than our old set and, I have to admit, I do like the tune that plays to let you know the cycle is finished. Visually, they're great to look at too!

i bought this thinking it would let me know when laundry was done via app. i haven't even used it yet and i'm disappointed... why can't my washer work with samsung smartthings like my samsung fridge? had to get 2nd app that has awful mandatory permissions: "location: required to search for nearby washer devices"... no it isn't. it's either wi-fi or bluetooth based, not gps. "phone: required to call the service center"... just give me the phone # and i'll dial manually. "camera: required to capture error codes"... i have google lens for that, or just give me a code number and i'll search for it manually. "contacts: registered samsung account information will be used to provide services that require account linking"... huh? you do not need my contacts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer to replace my old one. Its outward appearance is modern and elegant. In working state, its voice is clearly lower than my old one. The front door‘s weight is light and it can stop at any position .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the champagne color is very nice to look at the load capacity at 4.5 cu ft is big. i don't hear the noise once i close the door to the utility room. the champagne color coating is prone to scratches.

Bought this washer in nov 2020. Only had it for 10 months and already the front panel words are rubbing off. Called customer support and unfortunately warranty doesn't cover cosmetic issues. I would have to get a new front panel which I'm sure the letters will rub off on that too. Don't waste your money on this machine unless you want to guess which button to push.

We have a Samsung front load washer model #Wf45r6100aw. It has been over 3 months with no resolve. Warranty company got tired of phone calls from us. It shakes violently. Well this morning it wouldn't even spin. Turns out the counterweight was sitting on the door seal and we took it out and are in just utter disbelief. Warranty company came out, installed 1 new shock, said it needed 3 more after 1st attempt, 6 weeks later, installed 3 more and was exactly the same, very unprofessional, broke our water line during repair! How could a product have so many problems and Samsung won't help ? Very unhappy customer that now has to look for a new washer only 11 months after purchase ! Way to go Samsung !

This washer continues to frustrate especially if you vary from the Normal cycle. Water always drips out the front after a cycle and door is left ajar leaving a puddle in front of the machine. If you just start a cycle and and realize you need to add an item, good luck. Descriptions of icons conflict for example Garment+ and Door Lock icons are lit. Description says if Garment+ is lit you can add or take out items after a cycle has started. Press Start/Pause and then open the door. Door lock indicates door is locked and connot be opened. You can open the door when this icon disappears. Problem is they're both on SO WHICH IS IT? I usually have to restart a cycle to add anything.

The washer was delivered with a shattered glass door (no plastic here!). The delivery folks got Samsung on the phone and the issue was quickly rectified. We added the pedestal to raise it to a very comfortable height for a family member who was struggling with reaching into our old machine. The washer is quiet and efficient, it seems to do a much better job at spinning the clothing dry than any other we have had. Overall, we are thrilled with it.
