i have had this washer and the matching dryer for 6 months. it was working well other than needing to frequently clean pet hair out of the filter, up until a couple weeks ago when it started shaking and walking across the floor. some black gravel was also coming out of the bottom. today i was running a load and heard a strange sound, like coins in the washing machine. water was leaking from the front so i stopped the cycle. the interior glass of the door had completely shattered. luckily the machine is still under warranty and i'm hoping customer support will replace the unit, clearly it has issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our washer/dryer. The washer is super fast compared to our previous model (not a samsung). I will note that I am 5'3" and I have to use a step stool to see the controls on the dryer with them stacked. Totally worth it.

Love the options provided (haven't had to use them all just yet). Noise level is good. Love the self-clean option with reminder!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd set of Samsung washers and dryers, will not be the last! The new models have all the features you need at a great price. They run non-stop during football and baseball season with no issues, cleaning the worst stains with ease!

This is one of the less noisy washers in the market. It has so many washing features and allows for several of these to be used in combination. I do have an issue with the random albeit brief banging just a few months after purchase. Also, you cannot turn off the chiming of the keys when you press them. Other than these two issues, it is a good washer.

At this price point it's hard to get all these options but this Samsung washer ticks all the checkmarks.

I have had my Samsung washer/dryer set about a month and have used it numerous times already. You have several options to choose within the temperature, rinse, and spin settings, so you can easily fine tune it to your specific needs. I chose this model especially because it offers a steam option. I prefer a front loader because it uses less water. I am very happy with this new washer.

I bought this less than 2 years ago and it has been wonky for the past 6 months. It has completely stopped working now, won't turn on and if it does, it is inoperable- the control panel only blinks and emits a little song. I have spent a lot of time on the phone with Samsung customer service. After many complaints, Samsung agreed to extend the warranty and get it fixed. We will see how that goes but right now, I would not recommend this machine.
