i decided to get this samsung front loader. with my old washer, all i had to do was pick water temp, load size, and time to wash. this samsung has too many options and it wants to pick what it wants. problems? 1. the compartment where you put in the detergent fills up with water (sometimes it is dirty water. 2. the washer moves so much during the spin cycles that it turns 90 degrees. i am afraid it will pull out of the wall! 3. i tried to stop the machine in mid spin in order to add another spin and it went right back to the wash cycle again. the instruction booklet is not helpful at all. if i could, i would sell this for cheaper than i pais and get an inexpensive, uncomplicated machine.

Bought this just over a year ago and now it shakes so violently we cannot use it. Of course warranty is for a year so that worked out great for samsung The drum sounds like it is going to smash through the front of the washer when its in its spin cycle. Does not matter how many clothes etc etc.

had this machine less than a year and like some other reviewers, spin cycle got louder and louder to the point we could only use it on lowest spin cycle. under the machine there was a collection of brown grit which i can only assume was the counterweight disintegrating. used hd protection plan, they couldn't get a mechanic, opted for a refund. considering a number of people have had the same or similar experience, not buying a samsung. replacing asap with another brand,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer for a couple months now and love it! There are so many settings, but the standard ones are great. You can rinse up to 5 times. The capacity is huge and it is quiet. My clothes seem cleaner now.

We bought this washer to replace an older Samsung. Though it has been just a month we have been very pleased. It is an attractive design with many wonderful features. I am able to personalize each load with a variety of options from temp to number of rinses. The feature I love lets me delay my wash so I can start washing even when I am away. The platinum color gives my laundry room a modern touch too. We bought the matching dryer as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from old washer to this washer, this is really good looking and lot of features. samsung service is excellent, they installed and is working great since then. It uses 1/3 of water than old machine without compromising the quality of wash. Very little sound in last few min for quick dry cycle but other than that very smooth running.

The noise level is much quieter than our old set and, I have to admit, I do like the tune that plays to let you know the cycle is finished. Visually, they're great to look at too!

I bought this washing machine just over a year ago. At the beginning, it worked fine. About six months in, it started to stop during the cycle and I would have to start it again. Sometimes I had to do this two or three times. Sometimes I couldn't even restart it. I would have to unplug it and plug it back in again for it to work. Then all of a sudden it started to work again and didn't have problems. I didn't call in anyone to service it because it was just fine. Then just after a year of having it, it has started doing it again. Very frustrated with it and would not buy another one.

I saved up for months to buy these beautiful machines and followed the instructions to a T My clothes come out extremely wrinkled to the point where i had to throw them out The water gets sooo hot it burns to open the door with extreme steam coming out Water catches in the drawer spilling everywhere and clothes come out soaking wet I have had the machines for 2 weeks and am heartbroken at how disappointed i am with the damage these machines have cause to my designer clothing I should have kept my washer and dryer from the 70s -
