Machine was purchased in May 2021, broke in mid December. Still waiting for it to be fixed

I had tried this out with various settings, initially for some reason noticed a water leakage but later seems normal. Certain settings are excellently designed.

Bought this washer last March 2023. It won't spin and pauses contacted support, they said it's out of warranty. Last just over a year after warranty ended. Don't recommend it at all.

We bought this machine less then a year ago. It won't drain. Checked the filter and all the hoses. I do not recommend this unit. Comes with Smart Care which doesn't work also
