The only complaints are that sometimes some articles of clothing get stuck in a weird space between the spinner and the edge where the door closed. Seems like a design flaw to me. But it doesn't happen often. I also don't like the “press for 3 sec” buttons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung smart washer has a lot of great features like the download feature which you can use the app (smart things) from your phone to use more personalized features, the feature I find the most interesting is the sanitized feature which uses high temperature to remove bacteria from your laundry. I love the cleaning power of the washer, it gets my whites really white and the time it takes to wash is shorter than my previous washer. I am proud to have the Samsung smart washer as my new washer.

The Samsung washer is like having a brand new luxury vehicle with all the bells and whistles, and fairly easy to get used to operating. If you have it in the budget this washer is worth the money and looks amazing as it performs!

was nice while it worked, but gone too soon bought this machine 1 year ago. it washes very well, was very quite, i was very happy with this machine and also bought the drier, but it started making a loud noise and then stopped spinning completely. i expect that machines will break but after just a year of use i'm disappointed. it's been a week since the technician diagnosed it irreparable, but the team are still thinking if they will give me a refund or another one, so i don't know how long it will takes.

The quick wash setting is such a time saver in comparison to my old washer. A full load of laundry only takes about thirty minutes on that setting. The permanent press setting is also a time saver as I'm no longer having to iron everything I wash! The stain away setting does incredible as well. I had a few items that had been stained with mud thanks to my dog playing in mud puddles and trying to get me in on the fun. After one wash they were as good as new. This washer not only has incredible cleaning power, but it's also very quiet when it is running thanks to the VRT Plus technology. The 4.5 cup ft capacity is large enough to wash even the largest of laundry loads that I encounter. The steam feature is great for sanitizing and cleaning towels and pet bedding. I would definitely recommend this washer to any one looking to upgrade their washer.

Perhaps it's mostly just a direct comparison to the older washer I was using before, but it's SO much more quiet (I don't hear it running). Additionally, it's really nice to not have to do the ol' dive in to grab the stuff at the bottom (I had a top loader before).

great for a washer (and dryer we purchased in a set)- fast, efficient, and quiet. but as two (2) engineers who cannot get the smartcare function to work, we feel ripped off. btw, the much vaulted smartcare function is simply a tool to deal with issues and troubleshooting, not operate or alert you of operations like 99% of other brands who provide the function with their $800 washers. for a consumer company the size of samsung, the software is pathetic. fire your software team or create one really well crafted app that communicates with all your products, provides basic functionality, alerts, and diagnostic codes/troubleshooting tips.

I bought this set during the COVID epidemic. I did not purchase the extended warranty. One thing I noticed right away was that the door leaked water after each cycle after opening it. So the floor is almost always moist. I called Samsung and they recommended leaving the door open between washes. Another thing is that liquid detergent will leak onto the floor too if you put liquid detergent into the tray but then open the door to add more clothes before starting it like almost everyone does. Again, bad engineering. But I got used to that crappy design. What my biggest and absolutely most frustrating complaint was that I started seeing more and more water puddling after each load. This was way more than the normal moisture falling from the door on to the floor (by the way, this should not be normal). So I called a local tech to take a look. He said it was the ASSY HOUSING DRAWER DC97-21483A. And then he said the part was no longer being sold. Of course I thought he was mistaken or made the wrong diagnosis because the unit was only a couple of years old. But he showed me where the leak was coming from. So I started my own search and he was right, everywhere I looked starting with Samsung's J and J International (because that's where Samsung directed me) said the same thing... Can't get it, No longer being made, Sorry. Everywhere....world wide web....same thing. Not even a substitute replacement part. I mean nothing. I was on the phone with Samsung for days and many many hours. Finally I agreed to pay for a Samsung tech and $140 later, guess what? Same thing. Except these tech's added a couple more parts that would be needed in addition to DC97-21483A. And the Samsung tech also, cannot get the part. So that's my story. I've spent $215 on two techs. I'm stuck with a good looking Samsung Washing Machine that's two years old and leaks more and more and no DC97-21483A part anywhere to be found to fix the leak. One more thing, these machines are still being sold. See my frustration?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The WF6100 4.5 cu. ft. Front Load Washer with Steam in Champagne is quite an amazing machine. There are many option to choose based on what you are washing. From normal to bedding to delicate and more you can customize to help what you are washing last longer than using a regular washer. The biggest surprise is how quite the spin cycle is. Doesn't shake the house like our old washer. The steam cycle is great if you need to sanitize garments which is great if you work around infectious areas. The 4.5 cubic feet drum allows us to wash large amounts of clothes in less loads. Washing our king size bed sheets is no problem. Plus, the steam cycle helps remove any stains. One design feature that is great is the drum is not as deep as other front loaders. Makes getting the clothes out a lot easier. We have had this washer for a few weeks now and actually love how it performs. I would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade to the latest and greatest out there (and I already have).

The Samsung washing machine was just delivered, yes, they did deliver and install, and provided the hoses too. They were to haul-away, but have yet to do so, so that is still be done. But, it is all part of the purchase, and that is why we elected to purchase it through Sam's vs. Lowe's. The machine so far does wash well, but it is loud during the filling of the wash or rinse cycles. Love the steam cycle & the self-clean cycles. I asked Sam's customer service in advance of the purchase having read some of the reviews about the concern of installation & haul-away, and the chat line said if it was listed in the description that they would honor it, and they did. We just need them to complete the haul-away that they are to still coordinate.
