[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had some very warm days earlier this summer and I could not wait to get this AC unit installed to give us cooler sleeping nights when the heat returned. Although we live in the SF Bay Area and it does not get SUPER warm, it can get up there during the summer and into the early fall so we are now ready. Having this unit WiFi enabled so that we can enable it to turn on a little before we get home is really nice. We installed it in our living room (took about an hour or so) which has the largest area and it works really fast and without a whole lot of noise to where it's distracting. I am really impressed and thankful that we now have AC for any time the evenings have warm air without any movement.

I put it in my bedroom and it not only cooled my room but the surrounding rooms as well when I left the door open. I love that it's easily controlled without Google Home. It's almost to simple to use. I love this unit and highly recommend it. Thank you for making an amazing product!

Cooling great

So far I'm happy with everything about this machine, except it did not fit in my 23" window, at all. That meant moving it to my largest window, which means no window fan for that is used for 90% of summer days. Also it's kind of load on auto.

Only had this for 4 days, and when I went to touch the up indicator symbol, it smudded and wipe off . I think they are just decals. So be safe not to use a wet hand, when touching. as they smear off .

This stopped blowing cool air within a couple months of purchasing it. We have bought this brand before and half of the units stopped working properly. Do not recommend.

This unit does a great job and is just what I needed. My only compliant is I have tried several times and I cannot get it to connect to my phone. It errors out every time.

I never had a chance to even plug it in. At the time I was trying to install it in the window, I already had noticed the poor design of the plastic window fills that attach to the sides. When you open them up, they already have openings in the top and the bottom. That did it for me. I'm packing up and returning.

in finished garage -is lighter to handle - the curtains extensions are poorly designed keep coming out of track.
