cheap design

I never had a chance to even plug it in. At the time I was trying to install it in the window, I already had noticed the poor design of the plastic window fills that attach to the sides. When you open them up, they already have openings in the top and the bottom. That did it for me. I'm packing up and returning.

in finished garage -is lighter to handle - the curtains extensions are poorly designed keep coming out of track.

Bought two weeks ago and the control labels are wearing off.

We had to put scotch tape over the labels so that the unit could still be used without using the remote. Should be recalled.
