Received unit a few weeks ago, just in time for a good trial run. Installation was very easy and unit operates nicely.

I was a little skeptical about this air conditioner since I never heard of the brand. But it works amazing!!!!

This thing doesn't drain properly even though we have it installed correctly. It grows black stinking mold and shoots out stinking air!

Started making noise then stopped cooling as it should. I have same model from last year 2022 and it cools more than this one i purchased in 2023. Plan on returning. Would not recommend. Inconvenience.

My central ac unit is to small for the house I rent so I figured this would help cool off the hotter parts of the house. Needless to say it almost cools the entire house. I love how I can connect to my phone. And the digital display. The economy feature is fantastic. There are just too many other features to list. Definitely two thumbs up!

i purchased this unit from sams club 2 years ago the computer went out 2 months after purchased it only cooled off the first summer.. the unit would leak inside the home., know on second summer the unit doesn't cool off the compressor only kicks on for a few minutes and back off again and the temperature is the same as the outside temperature... i well never buy this brand of window air conditioner again and i dont recommended it

There is a timer feature that can be used to turn the air conditioner on at a particular time. The unit can be run using the enclosed remote control. Additionally, a major bonus to this unit is it is compatible with your smart phone (both android and iPhone) which allows you to control the unit from virtually anywhere. It is extremely easy to load on your phone, you scan the QR code on the side of the unit or the included 'user manual of smart kit' and within moments it is loaded on your phone. There are so many other wonder features about this unit also such as a sleep mode, an energy saver mode, and an auto feature that will run the unit on AC or fan depending on the rooms need. The key pad has an indicator that notifies you when the filter needs cleaning. The air conditioner cools up to 550 sq. feet which is great for our open living room space. The only con I could see with this unit for some people (though it was not for us) would be the weight as it is on the heavier side. We love this unit and could not be more pleased with how it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this window ac. It can be controlled several different ways that are all easy to understand and program. It cools off a large area very quickly even while on eco mode. It seems to conserve lots of energy and runs very quietly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a very easy window air conditioner to install. My husband had it in, hooked up, and cooling down within a half an hour. It cools off our very large den real fast. We only have a swamp cooler here in AZ and sometimes they don't work so well, and with his window air conditioner, it stays so nice and comfortable. This cooler has many features. You can control it with a remote control, the smartphone app, or voice control with your Alexa. We have been mainly using the app or remote. It is an Energy star saver, which is a big plus for us here in the desert. We really like how we can turn it up or down with the remote. We spend a lot of time in this room, and even more with this air conditioner which makes it more comfortable.
