Got it to make ice for a cooler. Occasionally I make a baggie of ice and put it in the freezer for coffee. I don't leave it running. When the grand daughter comes over we can try to make snow cones. It is working great for what its needed for.

Great ice maker. Love the ice it makes, it makes ice quickly after turning it on. Perfect for extra ice outside while we have gatherings don’t have to run inside for ice. Perfect for the price.

The ice maker stopped working less than three weeks of getting it. It constantly has the add water light on, even though it’s full of water. Once the light is on it won’t work. Power down many times, still doesn’t work.

Helped me get thru, break room closed down, were left nothing, bought an igloo cooler she also a beauty made bunched of great ice, Thanks!!! And still moving on, Appreciate

It takes a long time to make a little ice. The ice melts as it is sitting in there. If you put the ice in the freezer it freezes into a big clump because it was half melted.

Bought this as a Christmas gift last year and it no longer works. Don’t bother with the Allstate Protection Plan submitted a claim and can get no response after MANY attempts to contact them. You’d be better off buying $1 ice cube trays.

We had our ice maker for about 5 months and then it just stopped. It died!! Not happy with spending money on something that doesn't last very long at all. It was very loud and took forever to make ice. Won't be buying again! Thanks and good luck!

Great ice maker only downfall is you cannot change if you would like the ice a different size. Besides that it makes ice very quickly by the time you finish a couple drinks the tray will be full again!

We bought this on May 18. It worked fine then all of a sudden on June 25 it started making a screeching noise and now it won’t make ice at all. I’ve had it on for hours and still no ice. Hopefully Sams Club will let me return it.

The ice has a very strong plastic taste. We washed basket and inside before using. We also ran filtered water thru 4 times making ice just to clean system out. On 5th and 6th times the ice still tastes like plastic. We will be returning it.
