Received this ice maker February 2021 and it’s stopped working a few weeks ago. Ice cubes wont drop, if it does drop the little automatic pusher wont push it into the tray so you can’t get it OR the ice cubes come out minuscule and not even worth using. It just suddenly stops working on its own. Has power, has water, etc.

This product was extremely disappointing failed to operate in a little over 6 months. Then with the extended hassle of send different types of pictures and videos of issue still had to ship back broken unit and over $60. Then didn't receive a replacement for 9 months and did not get refunded shipping cost for their defective product. I will never purchase anything in this brand and would advise buyers beware. This is not frigidaire of old

I purchased this 6 weeks ago, used it approx 10 times "add water" light went on with water in it. Emptied water out, added new water light went right back on. Will be returning to Sams. Wasn't worth the money for 10 times. Also, wish the cubes would have been a little larger (even on larger setting). Disappointed, really wish it would have been more reliable.

Brought home, read the instructions, and attempted to make ice since it's very simple. But the Add Water Light stayed on, even after adding water. I unplugged the machine, and even emptied the container, and then refilled it, but no matter what I did, the light would come on saying I needed to add water. The Troubleshooting steps only said to add water when the Add Water light comes on, there was no additional information to troubleshoot the issue. I am going to return it tomorrow and buy another one. If that one works, I will update my Overall Rating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have another ice maker similar to this and it was more than double the price. This one made ice just as well as it does. I love how convenient this ice maker is. I can move it into any room I would like. It makes ice pretty quickly, which is great for when I’m going to have a party. My kids love munching on this ice too. They loving access to this ice to make their own drinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frigidaire Stainless Steel Ice Maker gets bullet shape ice ready in just 10-15 minutes. The small cubes are cylinder-shaped with a hole in the middle. They can fit easily into water bottles or any other narrow container. The device has indicators for full-ice and lack of water, which tell you when the ice tray is full and water has run out respectively. It is very easy to use to make ice cubes quickly and has a large see-through window that allows you to see inside the icemaker without opening the lid. It comes with a light plastic ice-tray which can be easily removed and a plastic ice scoop that helps in scooping the ice easily. With the maximum capacity of water, it made a box full of ice. ( I have attached picture for reference). It makes little noise while making ice but it is too much of botheration. It is compact and you can conveniently carry it with you for picnics or outings. I definitely would recommend this to anyone with kids or simply loves to use a lot of ice for juice and cold drinks.

At work we've had ice wars for years. I'm only on day one and sooooo happy I finally pulled the trigger and got this ice maker. Initial Impression: Looks good, not too big (about the size of a bread maker), good price. I read the directions, got it in final position, waited 30 minutes, plugged it in, turned it on, added water. Within half an hour I had enough ice to make my iced tea nice and icy. To Consider: These are not giant cubes (about 1", bullet shaped with a hollow end). They're not rock hard and melt quickly compared to a home freezer cube, so I'll need to refresh throughout the day. But it's making them quickly and steadily so I'm not concerned. The fan is audible, but not annoying. Definitely quieter than the microwave. Also, it blows pretty warm air out the side, so you wouldn't want to cover that up (I just have it on the counter top.) Note: In the time it's taken me to write this, the machine has produced 2 more 9 cube 'loads' of ice.

Great price for a great product. I love this, no more running to the store to stock up on ice. Our fridge couldn't keep up with our families demand and I took a chance when I saw this at Sam's club. I love this ice. It is a great shape and size. The machine is quick to start and we run it constantly through the day. I wish it could hold more ice as it goes but overall I am so happy with this purchase!

The product that I received today is not the same one as pictured on the website. The one I received has an all black lid and not a transparent lid. It also doesn’t have an option for small or large ice cubes. Both issues are hugely disappointing for me. The good thing is, so far it works and is fairly quiet.

Bought the Frigidaire ice maker July 2022. . It stopped working this week, almost exactly 2 years after purchase. Up to this weekend, the unit worked great and pumped out ice when we needed it. We actually would run the machine for a day and harvest the ice into gallon bags and throw in the freezer. One quick knock on the cabinet with the bag, and the ice was all broken up and ready for use. Well the fan stopped turning and it started growling loudly. Time to move on out, ice man... lol. Don't know what was wrong, but headed straight to Walmart to buy another Frigidaire unit. This one is a bit smaller and has a smoky stainless steel look. Hope it last longer this time!
