I really like this machine. The ice is soft, fast and convenient. However, to keep it clean is very difficult. Some mechanism are impossible to reach. This is a design flaw. Please be aware it can get slimy even with filtered water

Piece of garbage. Worked for about three hours before the dreaded add water light came on when the reservoir was full of water. Pump does not appear to be working. It’s going back to store.

It does make ice but only about half of what it claims. Barely keeps it solid (melts in the unit) if you don't empty right away. Small hollow ice cubes melt faster than large solid ice cubes. These melt fast. It does make ice though.

The ice wasn't ever completely frozen, so I just put it in a cup in the freezer to get it hard, no big deal. I've had it just over a year and it's stopped working. Thankfully I bought an extended warranty, and am getting back what I paid for it.

Very nice portable ice maker! very sturdy and good value! only 140 watts and can bring anywhere just by plugging at the rate minimum 140 watts car inverter highly recommend.

Started leaking all over the counter every day. Thought it was from the drain plug that needed to be cleaned, nope, leaking from inside by the fan and electronics. No idea why. Won't run without leaving my counter covered in water.

Machine is hard to use. I got it for Mother’s Day in 2021 and it stop working one year later. No information online or from the company on how to fix the issue. Cleaning the machine been a nightmare. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

I bought this ice maker off of Sam's club.com and just recieved it today...filled the tank, plugged it in,and no power, it won't even turn on...definitely returning it...do I return it to Sam's club personally?

It makes 2 different sizes of bullet shaped ice cubes. It also has a see-through window and comes with a nice scoop, too. I can use it when my refrigerator ice maker needs a break. I‘ll always have ice on hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up countertop ice maker. After you clean it just add water and power it on. Not loud but you can hear the fan running. The ice cubes are shaped like small cylinders. You get a small batch of ice within 7-10 minutes and it keeps running until the water runs out. Instructions tell you to empty ice tray and store the ice in your freezer, which I wasn’t expecting. This would be great for a party where my guests can get ice directly from the ice maker. Took up a bit more space than I expected on my counter but given its portable you can quickly put away when not in use. Clean up was a breeze by just draining it from the bottom and drying it out.
