I bought this as a gift for my sister who lives in an RV and she absolutely loves it! It makes a lot of ice in no time. No more trips to the store for ice. She calls it her awesome little ice making machine!

Purchased in March 2020 August 2020 we were eating lunch and heard what sounded like firecrackers and sparks were shooting out if it. Only lasted 5 months. Would NOT buy again

The cooling fan on the side is pretty loud and the ice it makes melts pretty quick. Only keeping this product because my refrigerator’s ice machine does not work. On the plus side, it makes ice.

Purchased this for a small office where we were buying a bag of ice every week. This machine has been great! We get about a gallon size bag of ice from one tank of water - we fill it, empty about every 1 1/2-2 hours and always have ice on hand.

So far so good, we have a samll fridge so this is perfect to make ice as we need it. We store in a small bag and its ready. Makes ice fast and its quiet

This ice maker is nice when you need a lot of ice rapidly. Ice made about every 3 minutes, so you can be prepared for your large gathering. Just wish the ice storage bin was larger so i didn't have to transfer the ice to the freezer.

I've had this for 11 months. The last month and a half, it's started getting an orange film and black specks in the water. I've scrubbed every surface I can reach. I've also tried running the cleaning cycle multiple times using vinegar, bleach solution, and finally a chemical sanitizer/descaler labeled for use in ice machines. It goes no more than a couple of days before the black specks return, and not more than a week before the orange film returns. There is no place left for me to clean that I can access. This last weekend, it started leaking water all over the counter and onto the floor. I'm going to try to get something done before the warranty runs out, but I don't feel like it should be this difficult to get it clean, and it's too soon for it to start breaking down mechanically. The first 9 months, I'd have given this four stars and recommended it to anyone. Now, i don't know that I would recommend it at all. We'll see how they handle repairs.

This is the 2nd one I have purchased because my daughter took the 1st one. I love this machine. It’s a great price. I never had any trouble with mine neither has my daughter with hers.

Ice machine was good in the beginning..but there's no good way to clean the ice tray. One side of the tray kept on turning BLACK. I cleaned this more often, but last night, I had to give up. There was a trail of black water leading to the water well.....and shocking black pieces of rubbish was in the water! Please don't buy this!

Exactly What we needed- Fits well on the counter it does need room on each side. We had to stop using the ice maker in our fridge due to water issues in our area- this makes enough to fill the fridge ice maker instead on any given day. Takes 9-10 minutes to start making the first batch. It is a lil loud but u get use to it. Turn it off if u want to take a nap it is annoying when it wakes u dumping the ice. Overall, it is exactly what we were looking for.
