Not a bad machine but a big drawback for me: you have to babysit the ice. Once ice is made you have to hurry and put it in the freezer or it starts to melt. It cant just sit there till the basket is full. For the price tho its an ok machine, fairly quiet and is not too big and bulky.

It works well until it doesn't. I loved having an ice machine since my apartment fridge doesn't have one, but it is impossible to keep this clean for more than a month or two. After that, no matter what you do to clean it, you cannot get it completely clean. They added the self cleaning feature in the 2nd model I bought and that helps keep the nozzles clean, but there is a film that starts to build over all the parts you can't reach. It grosses me out and then I stop using it and it becomes a waste of money.

This was my first counter top ice machine. I love that it makes ice pretty fast, but I have found that it mildews pretty fast on the inside. I have found myself having to drain the machine and wipe it out about twice a month. It is not insulated well at all where the ice sits, so it melts pretty fast.

Great ice maker. Got this one after the one I've had for 4 years went out. I was skeptical but decided to give it a try. Once it gets going, it fills with ice quick. The water leaves fast, so check frequently once it's close to empty. Definitely recommend

We've had to use one of these for a number of years since our refrigerator can't make enough ice for two. This machine makes ice quickly. But for daily use I had two fail within the year warranty. The current one lasted longer (almost two years) but... They are prone to growing mold and other science experiments. I would run the machine through a full water tank full of heavily chlorinated water to get rid of the slime. But now it won't go away. I can see green slime (algae?) build up after a few days. I've decided to toss this one and get a new one.

Huge dissappointment. I have owned 2 in a matter of 2 years, both stopped working within a few months. I followed the owners manual on cleaning it. I bought the first one and second was a gift. The last one is constantly giving me the "add water" light even though it has the recommended amount of water in it. It definitely makes ice quickly but for it to only last 3 to 4 months, its not worth it.

Recently my Frigidaire Ice Maker stopped working. The power button keeps blinking and does absolutely nothing. This item was purchased on April 25, 2022, and it's pretty frustrating and disappointing that it stopped working considering that it has only had 4 months of use. I've reached out to the company several times and haven't received an answer.

We have had our little ice maker for over a year. We use bottled water always, no issues here. When the cubes become cloudy, it's time for a cleaniing. Wipe inside and out with paper towel. Make sure that you run several rinse cycles afterwards. There's just two of us, so we turn it off while we are at work. When we get home, we turn it back on, within 20 minutes theres's enough ice for both of us. If this machine dies, we will be buying another one, the very next day. It's Perfect for us.
