I bought these patties and grilled 4 of them. When they came off the grill, they left an orange liquid residue on the plate. What is it? They also had an odd texture I haven't experienced in ground beef before. They have added something to the ground beef - in my opinion. Flavor was ok.

The beef was very good, but I had to recreate the patties. Although it lists the serving size as 4 oz, there is no indication as to the size of these patties. Since I ordered these for curbside pickup, I did not see them until I got home. Image my surprise when the package was over 3 lbs, with the average weight of each patty being 6 1/2 oz. Since the package has a serving size of 4 oz, I was unsure if the thought was that everyone needed a serving and a half or if the thought was the burgers should be cut into thirds, giving 2/3 of a burger to each person. Neither sounded like a good option, so I made my own burgers. If I would have know the size, I would have bought ground beef that was not in patty form.

DON'T WASTE YOUR $$. One star is one too many. I just tossed $13.84 worth of the worse ground meat plus my time cooking it! SHAME on Walmart/Sam's Club for selling this. There's grizzle in each bite. Like chewing on rubber. If you've had quality, you'll know this isn't it. Plus it doesn't smell too good after cooking. Won't buy beef from them again.

Would never buy again. This meat had a good flavor but the meat was hard to chew through. After eating these my stomach felt like I ate a rock. Poor quality, if you want really good hamburgers? Buy your choice of quality ground beef & make them at home.

The description states 20-24 patties for the price (which figures out to 5-6 pounds, quarter pound patties). What I received was 4 pounds with 8 half pound patties. I didn’t know I had to write a note to be specific about what I was expecting. I had to get more someplace else. This ended up very inconvenient for me because I’m on crutches and it’s difficult for me to go shopping.

Didn’t care for taste. Prefer to buy 93/7 % lean/fat ratio
