Hard Pass. LEAN? YES- BUT SO CHEWY- not fat- but tendons? gristle? Full of hard bits. Tried pan frying with oil--nope---tried steaming with vegetables--still like chewing on ground tires. Maybe it's just my local Sam's---but we've had terrible luck with the meat for over a year now.

I always look for burgers that have a low fat content. This is quality burgers and not full of fat to clog the arteries! I see where some of you are complaining there were about 20 something burgers but it's plain to see when you look at the package you can tell there are 8 hugh steakhouse quality burgers...you can keep those small, shrinking, tons of fat burgers I will continue to buy these..

Went home to separate and freeze burgers. The second layer was turning brown like old beef does. Returned it, and the second package was worse. It was processed dated 04/28, but since my store doesn't have a fresh meat department, I figured that couldn't be right. I don't think I will buy them again.

We bought these for the first time this spring and were impressed with the flavor. We rarely eat hamburger due to the saturated fat, but these were a great compromise. Pretty lean, but also flavorful and juicy enough as long as you don't cook them for too long. We'll certainly buy them again, especially if the price stays near where it is currently.

The description clearly says 20-24 patties. There were 8!! That's a big difference. Yes the 8 patties were large but if you have 12 people you are trying to feed 8 patties aren't going to get the job done. The reason you buy this product is so you don't have to pat out the burgers. If I had to make 8 patties into 12, that defeats the purpose.

The ground beef patties I bought were full of connective tissues. Good taste but poor texture.

I bought quite a few packages and neither my wife or I are pleased. Very coarse grind with a lot of tough JUNK, like gristle and connective tissue.

was not marked down and It said 6/6 on the date which is yesterday purchased 6/7 and the meat was all slimy and kinda made me sick...
