We always use 90% on the grill. Each time we grill these for company, they ask where did we get these wonderful burgers? Not too thick, not too big.

Large preformed patties perfect for the grill. Great to freeze to cook later. Probably close to a half pound for each burger, now that's how to make a burger.

We get these burgers regularly. They are lean and delicious and the price is fantastic. I use them for burgers, meat sauce, tacos -- everything. I separate the patties into sandwich baggies and they are convenient and ready to use at a moment's notice. We are completely spoiled for any other burgers. Nothing can compare.

These are great for grilling or stove top. We love the quality of this beef. These are a winner for my family.

There was as a lot more grease than there should have been for 90% lean beef. I've had less grease from 80%.

The first time I purchased these I loved how the patties did not shrink as much. But the last time I bought these, when eating I noticed a few small hard place in them when chewing. Kind of like tiny pieces of bone. Also, noticed when I was breaking the patties down to freeze, I noticed one of the patties was like the end of a large roll of meat. Did not realize the patties came from a roll. Anyway, I probably will not purchase this product again.

These used to be the bomb burgers, but last ones were tough, little meat all gristle, bone fragments chipped my kids tooth. Like leftover gristle trim mixed with meat. Buy there 88% ground beef. It does not have as much gristle and tastes better. I am disappointed with our Sams meat lately. Really not USDA as claimed. I love sams meat but last 3 months its horrible. Looking foward to next month! Maybe ground beef at sams with taste good, and no bone chips to chip your molars!

Patties squished together and damaged in small packaging. You can tell by the oxidization of the meat that they're cutting these from a cylinder that's already graying before it's cut into slices/patties. Patties are not cut evenly and need to be reshaped/repaired before cooking which defeats the purpose of paying extra for pre-formed patties. I would never recommend buying these via store pickup because you have no clue what you're getting.
