Very good tasting burgers. I would take and brush olive oil on both sides and season both sides, then let sit for an hour in room temperature. I either threw them in an air fryer or on the charcoal grill. They come out fantastic.

The replacement for the prime rib is great. Still tasty and great on a grill.

The first time I purchased these I loved how the patties did not shrink as much. But the last time I bought these, when eating I noticed a few small hard place in them when chewing. Kind of like tiny pieces of bone. Also, noticed when I was breaking the patties down to freeze, I noticed one of the patties was like the end of a large roll of meat. Did not realize the patties came from a roll. Anyway, I probably will not purchase this product again.

These used to be the bomb burgers, but last ones were tough, little meat all gristle, bone fragments chipped my kids tooth. Like leftover gristle trim mixed with meat. Buy there 88% ground beef. It does not have as much gristle and tastes better. I am disappointed with our Sams meat lately. Really not USDA as claimed. I love sams meat but last 3 months its horrible. Looking foward to next month! Maybe ground beef at sams with taste good, and no bone chips to chip your molars!

It's rare to see large hamburger patties in store, but these are not the same as the previous Prime Rib Steak patties! Very disappointing as I've been waiting months for large patties to finally be available.
