Awesome burgers!!

We served these at our church BBQ dinner and they got RAVE reviews! Each patty was well formed, close to 1/2 lb each. The 10% fat was just right, not too greasy on the grill and still juicy %26 flavorful! It took our volunteers a little longer to cook because they were nice and thick. Not much shrinkage, so perfect size for the bun. I seasoned them with granulated garlic, salt, and cracked pepper about 90 minutes before they hit the grill. We have lots of senior citizens who attend our free dinners and they were thrilled to get a “real” burger, not just a “barely there” thin patty. As always, Sam’s Club pricing was very affordable %26 within our budget. Will definitely buy again.

Great taste

Very good tasting burgers. I would take and brush olive oil on both sides and season both sides, then let sit for an hour in room temperature. I either threw them in an air fryer or on the charcoal grill. They come out fantastic.
