[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually don't drink a whole lot. The Red Blend has a very strong taste. It's most definitely not the worst I have ever tried but I wouldn't pick it again if I do go to choose a bottle of wine to buy for myself or as a gift.

The taste can taste the fruit sort of sweet first then a bitter aftertaste. A bold aged sharp cheese would taste very good together or a possible sweet milk chocolate. Overall not a bad wine but not my favorite one either.

It's a little bit sweet and tangly with notes of the black cherry, and baking spices. Taste great on its own and pairing with meat, sausages or cheese board. We had and amazing dinner night with my husband with stakes and the Rye Barrel-Aged Red Blend. It's my new favorite wine and I'll definitely buy more for our upcoming family gatherings.

Because it was out of stock it has made me very curious as to how it tastes. I'm sure to try it on my next store visit. I rated it a 5 because of its popularity.

Still delicious but would only be able to have one glass along with cheese to reset the palate. Color is dark ruby and I was getting a nice finish Everytime for some a wine that has been liquor barrel aged. Well executed

The flavor was perfect. I could drink this with a meal or alone. It has been aged to perfection and I will be keeping this regularly stocked in my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to start with the Robert Mondavi Private Selection Rye Barrel-Aged Red Blend and pair it with my cold meat and cheese charcuterie board. The almost peppery tannin aftertaste matched well with the cheeses and meats, and though slightly bitter, it is a good match with brie specifically.
