They give off a good amount of light without being too bright and because they are LEDs they are very energy efficient. And as a bonus they are dimmable too. I have them installed in my dining room and find they give off a nice, warm light that can be dimmed to just the right brightness to set the mood. Overall, I love these bulbs and can't wait to replace even more of the bulbs in my house with these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the GE LED Bulbs to try in my bathroom fixtures. I replaced my old bulbs that had gotten somewhat dim and these are so nice. I love the color they put off and they are just the perfect brightness. The bulbs are really nice looking.Then there is the fact it will save money on your energy bill and it lasts 13 years, so it will save money on replacement bulbs. The bulb seems smaller than others but the amount of light it puts out seems more to me. My husband and other people have noticed the brightness as well. I just love how clean and petite it looks in the fixture. I have no complaints at all and I would for sure buy again and recommend to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put the GE LED 60 Watt soft white light bulbs in out lamps on our nightstands in our bedroom. What a nice change from the incandescent bulbs. They provide a nice bright light, but it is a soft white light that does not blind you. I really like the fact that they are LED and do not get hot when I leave them on for a long period of time. Also, there is no hesitation when you turn on the switch and they use a fraction of the electricity. I highly recommend these light bulbs!

I am super impressed that these bulbs last for 13 years which is great for the environment and you don't have to worry about replacing for a very long time! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this 2 pack of LED dimmable bulbs so we could have softer light to read by and watch tv so there wouldn't be a glare, I can tell you, that it was a great choice, you can dim these bulbs to whatever brightness you want or need, If you're reading, turn the dimmer switch up a little brighter and for watching tv, then turn it down some. Plus, it says it will save on my electric bill, well I am all for saving money.

I didn't realize how dark all of my rooms were before. I started with the two pack but had to go back and get more for the rest of the house!
