I honestly don't know what took me so long, as these bulbs have a longer life and use less energy, which is a win-win in my opinion! I decided to use the GE LED soft white. I am so happy that they emit a warm light. They are also dimmable, which is so convenient. But I think the best thing is that they have such a low energy cost, which will end up saving me a good amount of money over their long lifetime of up to 13 years! I definitely recommend these GE light bulbs to anyone who hasn't switched to LED bulbs yet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my lightbulbs and put them to the test. I had just finished updating my husband's work den. I had recently purchased two modern lamps for his den. I used the lightbulbs in both lamps. The soft white bulbs are very bright. I especially was pleased to see that the lightbulbs are also dimmable. Using 60 watts in both lamps, makes the den feel bright but inviting at the same time. Good to see the life expectancy of these lightbulbs is up 13 yrs. GE is a brand, I will continue to use in my home.

When installed in a light fixture they give off a nice warm glow..Bright enough to see, not to bright that they blind you. I also like that they are dimmable and mercury free making for easy disposal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my light bulbs in my lamps with these GE® LED 60-Watt Light Bulb in Soft White and I love the lighting. My old bulbs were too bright and these are excellent! I love that they are dimmable AND they last 13 years! The have a soft, warm glow to them. I will have to get more to replace all my other bulbs in my house. Since they are dimmable, my daughter loves hers in her bedroom lamp because she can have it not as bright. They are intended for indoor use in lamps and fixtures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these light bulbs because I waned to save energy and still have plenty of light. That is exactly what I got. The light is soft, not glaring and there is plenty of illumination. So I get the light I want and need, and save money/energy too.

Great product

These are an awesome deal, but now I know why...there is a noticeable flicker every once in a while. Never experienced this in my lamp with other led bulbs, so I know it's the bulb. I'm still happy with purchase though.
