I purchased this all or the time. However the most recent purchase via curbside pick up. The expiration date was 2 days after i picked up the order. I was extremely disappointed when i went to eat some 3 days later.

This is my FAVORITE CHICKEN salad. I always go for the biggest salad that I can find. I only buy the salad from the 95th store. It's always the best tasting, beautiful source of protein, perfect every time, do they laugh at me at work? Because it was the only lunch I would bring to work, and they would say Do you eat anything besides chicken salad They used to laugh at me at work because it was the only lunch I would bring to work, and they would say. " Do you eat anything besides chicken salad? Me No 😊 I don't need anything else with it. Just a fork or a spoon and it is perfect every time😊!!!

I have bought this chicken salad regulars for over a year now, but the last several months they have not shredded the chicken long enough - there are way too many big chunks. This should not be the case ! This product is supposed to be “ready to serve”, but now I have to take time to shred all these big chunks

Whenever I have craving for a great homemade store brought chicken salad, I make the trek to Sam's Club . I have tried other brands , including the prepackaged other brand that they carry here , but none of them have that great homemade taste . The salad has celery in it , but I a seasonings and sometimes onion in it to ramp up the taste. The only drawback that I have with this product is that you can only buy it per pound . For a single person, I have to share it with others so that it will not go to waste 🙁 . Please consider packing this product in half pound containers, Thanks !

Seems that the chicken meat was simply torn off the carcass but not further reduced in size through the use of a knife. As a result, many of the pieces were much too big for a supposedly ready-to-eat salad. Very disappointing because these salads used to be much better.

This chicken salad is always fresh. Great for packing lunches for work and school. Awesome snack with crackers while you're watching a movie. Easy snack when the littles/ big ones come in from school or activities and need something to hold them over until dinner. It's my go to on a busy day.

A bit of an odd taste this past purchase. A couple bites where I got hard, thickened tendon or gristle? which was pretty disgusting. Usually a good purchase, but I would like them to be in smaller amounts instead of multiple pounds. Added some salt and pepper to make it a bit more tolerable, but the couple bites where I felt like I was biting something hard/extrememly chewy were gross.

Chicken salad is very hit or miss. Sometimes it is very salty. Other times. It is fine. Sometimes it is very liquidy. With a lot of runny liquid and other times it is normal. It’s very difficult for it to be consistent. We like it when it is good, but other times, it’s not worth the effort to take it back. We may have to stop purchasing this.

I really did not like this at all. I have bought a couple of different kinds of chicken salad at Sams before. Thought this was what I'd gotten before. Clearly it was NOT! I could not eat it more than once so hubby had to eat it. He is not very particular. If it's food, he'll pretty much eat it. Only thing I know he will reject is boiled okra. (YUMMY STUFF!)

This chicken salad went perfect with the Sam's mini croissants to make finger sandwiches for a party a work. It was very tasty but a bit saltier than if I had made it myself. (Not a big salt user) however, it was moist and full of chunks of white meat and crunchy pieces of celery. I would definitely serve this again.
