Used to be delicious but not anymore. From what I understand it is shipped in vs previously made in store. Please change things back as now it is gross. Won't be buying and I have been buying for years.

This has changed and not for the better! I have bought their rotisserie chicken for years and now there are smushy pickles or relish and there's no crunch. Just mush. Won't purchase again.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The new recipe is horrible. These 5 star reviews (59%) are for the old recipe. If you change the recipe for something - you should zero out the reviews. All the lower stars are because of this change.

The new recipe is not good. Weird texture and sour flavor- I threw it away and I'm really not a picky eater. The old recipe was delicious. Please bring back the original recipe!

As others have commented, Ihave been buying this checked sale for years and because of the taste of the new recipe I have stopped. I normally like citrus flair but this is just not good.

We use to get this chicken salad weekly and it was delicious. The recipe has changed and it now tastes terrible!!!! We could not even finish the container. I feel like we were eating sawdust!!! Please bring back the old recipe

Used to I would've given this 5 stars. My family loved it, especially my teenage son. The last time we got it in July 2026, it had drastically changed. No one in the family liked it, so we won't be buying anymore.

The old recipe was great. It was savory, crunchy, and tasted fresh. The new recipe tastes, Sweet, not flavorful. Tastes like you're eating mayo, and relish, with blended chicken. Will not be purchasing this again.
