I received a free sample for my honest review. I frequently buy Member’s Mark chicken salad and love it. However, this sample tasted different. It was a bit sour tasting- whether that was vinegar or dill pickle juice or lemon, I don’t know. But I didn’t care for it. Also, there was too much mayo. Hope they don’t discontinue the current one!

Imagine my disappointment when I purchased the sams rotisserie chicken salad to find the chunks are no longer there. No celery, no flavor..Horrible! Tastes just like the junk in the processed tubs! I will not ever purchase again until they bring back the old recipe! Publix cran chicken salad it is for the win! Booooo Sams!!! Dropped tha ball! Yuck!

I loved this stuff, I've been buying it for several years. My wife would nag: "Why are you buying that stuff, just make it yourself!", but I was like "No, it's PERFECT. So good!". Then Sam's changed it. Last time I bought it I was bummed to find that it was different, sweeter or something. I was disappointed, hoped maybe they had the formulation off in that batch or something, but that the product hadn't been formally changed. But no, bought a container today, it's the sweeter one. Didn't they learn this lesson from the whole New Coke thing? Who thinks it's a good idea to develop a market for a product, only to change it so the people who were buying it are now disappointed? Frustrating.

NOPE. BAD CHANGES. It used to be the best basic chx salad. It was delicious with some rolls or the perfect base to get creative. The new one is DISGUSTING with the sweet relish pickles instead of celery. It's not potato salad… it's chicken!!!! Why ruin a great thing?!

Its obvious the "new" recipe is just not good🤷🏻‍♀️too salty, mushy, not the great flavor this chicken salad used to have. Find the OLD DELICIOUS RECIPE and prepare that!! Or this is one selection that should disappear. Too many of the really great Members Mark selections seem to disappear 😖

It seems the recipe has changed, and not for the better. The chicken salad is way too salty and has too much dressing. It does not taste freshly made either. This used to be my go to chicken salad because it doesn't contain breadcrumbs unlike the other prepackaged ones. I won't be purchasing this again.

We have always purchased this on Saturdays to eat during the week. This is not good anymore. Our last purchase in May had a film of yellowish grease on the top and a completely different texture. The chicken was shredded (not rotisserie) and the dressing was sweeter and greasier than normal. We tried it again recently, hopeful that some of these reviews would have gone back to corporate, but it is still awful. Sam's, why aren't you listening to your loyal customers?

Why in the world would you change the recipe? I used to enjoy eating this chunky delightful rotisserie chicken salad but now it's more like a crunchy flavorless tuna pâté. I taste no rotisserie at all %26 have a mouthful of mostly relish which I am not a fan of at all. The receipe has changed for the worse I'm afraid %26 it needs to change back or else this family is on strike. Texture %26 flavor (lack of) sucks. Listen to your shoppers, they are after all buying YOUR product %26 are extremely dissatisfied.

Awful!!!!! I was tricked into buying my favorite chicken salad from Sam's only to find out they now use premade from a bucket chicken salad. It is grossly pulverized and feels like you are putting spoonfuls of mayo in your mouth with a strange slightly sweet flavor.
