Very good salad, ready to go as a side dish.

The pasta was too dry. Needed more olive oil or noodles to be cooked just a few minutes more.

The salad had a good taste. I would prefer more pasta and a lil more cheese and seasoning.

This salad has more stems than greens. Not sure why it isn’t required to remove them, they ruin the entire taste of the salad since they’re so acidic.

This pasta-kale salad was a big hit at the potlucks that I have brought it to!
I don’t cook, so picking up this premade salad is easy enough for me to do. I sometimes swing by Sam’s Club just to grad one of the salads to munch on over a weekend.
The pasta gives some chewy texture, and the cheese gives a nice tang to the salad. The real stars are the dressing that the salad. White balsamic vinaigrette, and the kale! The kale takes up a lot of the dressing flavor. Love it
