The quality was there, but it lacked flavor. A little dry. I ended up adding some Italian dressing.

Even our granddaughters who are 3 1/2 and 2 gobbled this salad up. A great addition to our family meal.

This is great on its own as a side. I like to add cucumber, rotisserie chicken and feta to make it into more of a meal.
