Super surprised that so many guests at a birthday party asked me where I bought it. It was plenty for an office party and some people took leftovers home, it was delicious!

This salad is so good, especially the sun dried tomatoes and kale. I have ti watch myself when I buy this salad because I could eat the whole container in two meals easy.

We offer this salad to our clientele as a meal with your artesian bread or as a side with Pasta or a wonder sandwich, or as a stand-alone, and no matter how it is served the feedback is always so positive, it is a great salad.

The concept is good and the flavors mix well. Unfortunately there were a lot of kale “stems” that were left in the salad, which were thick and difficult to chew. I think spinach might have been a better alternative and easier to prepare.

Remove the Kale stems! This would be halfway decent if you didn’t just chop the whole kale leaf & stems and throw them in. The stems are hard and not edible.

Yuck! This was so gross this time. They left the woody stems in the kale leaves and I kept trying to eat what was edible and kept running into awful pieces. It was really so bad and so expensive I do not think I will make that mistake again.

I’m a fan, but the salad having the stems of the kale is not appetizing to me. My daughter introduced me to the salad, she lives in Texas. The salad there didn’t have the stems. Call me picky. I like the flavor, I did add Panera vinaigrette to it.

Kale Pasta Salad - Even better WARMED UP! Microwave a dinner size bowl for about 3 minutes for the Kale to cook a bit, the pasta softens a bit, the feta cheese melts and the sun-dried tomatoes become fragrant and so delicious. Honestly, we like it cold or warm.

I have gotten hooked on this salad. Because it has the pasta in it, it is all you need for a meal and sometimes that is all I've eaten when I was hungry between meals. All the ingredients go well together to make it very tasty and healthy. I think it is definitely worth a try.

I placed an order for curbside pickup and when I went to pick it up at scheduled time I received a notice that Mediterranean salad was out of stock. I parked the car and went inside and there was a case full. I was so disappointed since I was serving it that night at a dinner party.
