I brought this salad a week ago and I gladly ate it everyday until it was gone. I got about 6 serving out of it. It was a little too oily and had too much cheese for my taste, but I added a few handfuls of baby spinach and couldn't complain about a thing. I don't like sun-dried tomatoes, but they added a bit of needed sweetness. I felt like the ratio of tomatoes, pasta, kale and my added spinach was great, so every bite had a little of everything making every bite perfect.

This salad does taste good, even my picky nephew loves it! I rated it low because of the ingredients, particularly the SEED OILS- CANOLA/SOY/VEG.and Xantham Gum. These are terrible for our GUT MICROBIOME- DIGESTIVE TRACKS which lead to a multitude of Gut Intolerances, Liver, Gallbladder- Lead to Gallstones, SIBO, IBS. and other issues. I cannot wait until these ingredients are banned from our USA foods like they are everywhere else in of the world.

So delicious, but would like to see smaller containers available, as well.

This salad is so good. Its grest for meal prepping everyday. I love the simple dressing.

Changed the recipe it has no flavor. Half of the kale was wilted or brown.
