Very tasty

I'd love to give this 5 stars, but first they need to remove the center stalks from the kale. Don't be lazy Sam's. It only takes a minute to pull that center stalk from the leaf. Is it even edible? Other than that, it's very tasty. Worth the 15 minutes that it takes me to go thru and pull out all the hard, in-edible center stalks.

The Mediterranean Kale Pasta Salad is awesomeness. I absolutely love the amount of kale that Sam's puts in this salad! The blend of cheeses, kale, pasta, sun-dried tomatoes and dressing are a Win-Win combo. IMHO, the stems give extra crunch and balance out the tang of the cheeses and tomatoes. I always look for salads that have mostly kale and less pasta. Just my personal preference. Nom Nom!

I bought this Wednesday to go as a side to salmon. My husband couldn’t get enough of it and raved. Today is Friday and I’m going back to get more. I suspect I will go back 2-3 times a week. Since there’s not a description that I can find, I’ll tell you what’s in it: pasta, sundried tomatoes, feta, and kale, all covered w the lightest touch of an Italian or Greek style dressing.
